October 15th, 2020 03:13 PM #35Hindi pa painted yung road marking to denote lane widths for each vehicle, pero alala ko parang yung width per lane nito hawig din sa NAIAx, so tingin ko baka 60kph lang din max speed dito.
But I could be wrong. Yung lang naalala ko kasi madami existing structures na dinaanan yung tabi so wala masyado flexibility in making the lanes wider to increase max speed.

more or less 60 or 80kph. Sa Stage 1 at 2, 80kph na yung speed, naglalagay na sila ng bagong speed signage.

And if my understanding is correct, construction costs ballooned to more than P80B (!) due to massive ROW issues / diversion to SJ river / reconstruction of 3 bridges not included in concession agreement / Quirino Ave extension / Section 5 extension not in original concession as well / etc
