Yes surely it will show up in their system. But since meron kana affidavit of loss, you can play dumb and claim someone used your license and that someone that was caught for speeding is not you. It's now up to you how to play dumb and be able to stand by it.

Hindi ka makukulong, the most sa ganyan is penalty lang. Just keep the copy of your affidavit and i think pwede ka ng magrequest ng new license. Yun nga lang, wala pang available id cards ang LTO. hayyyy...

It's better to claim your license than wait for the alarm on you. If they have a picture of your car over speeding. they have proof that it was you. I suggest not to complicate things that might compromise your license or your cars registration anyway you know what you did sir.

Watch out for an unmarked white innova with license plate *** 441 or 443. They usually park at/near Petron Bocaue (Southbound).

They have one of the speed guns being used in NLEX.

Major moving traffic violation kasi ang reckless driving compared to careless driving, improper driving, driving without due care and attention. Reckless driving is punishable by fines, imprisonment, or DL suspension or revocation.

Once I was driving at 10-20 kph since I was in an unfamiliar street. Turned out one way. When I claimed my DL, my violation was reckless driving.

Nakikita ko lang kasi ung fine (amount) ng reckless driving pero ung definition 'di ko mahanap.

strike 3 you're out! yan sabi sa akin sa east avenue. 3 major violations within 1 year (mixed) or 3 major violations of the same nature within the 2 year validity of the license and your license will be suspended for 6 months. and do take note that the process of getting the license after the suspension is the same as for getting a new license. yun ang masaklap, driving exam ka ulit!
