Dapat matagal ka na meron plates. Yung mga 2015 cars ng office namin nakuha yung plates within the same year or early 2016

Hi, questions lang guys, per checking sa LTO website nakasulat plate is with dealer na raw. Pero sabi ni dealer wala pa sakanila. Sabi nila lahat daw ng special plates nakahold kay LTO, totoo ba to?
Unit was purchased last April 2017, we requested for special plate with our chosen ending para to make sure hindi siya paparehas sa current auto namin nun.

    salamat sa lahat ng makakasagot!

I heard the same thing about this so called special plates. I also requested for my ending number and I'm waiting for it.

What I have right now is the regular plate. Now that I mentioned it, I haven't put it and it has been almost a year.

    Question mga sirs.

Is it ok to remove the conduction sticker on my windshield even if my car plates have never been issued? I already have the registered number printed in the OR-CR of my car. Planning to put a visor sticker on my windshield.

if you remove identifying marks of uniqueness,
how will the authorities differentiate your car from the other similar-model-and-colored cars on the road?

    my advice is,
keep your conduction sticker on the glass, until you get your official LTO-sourced plates bolted onto the car.

thanks doc for the reply. I have an improvised plate on the front and on the rear and the conduction sticker at the rear will remain as it is. Only the front CS will be removed. It sucks being one of the few unlucky car owners who are still waiting for the LTO plates for over 4 years now.

1 disadvantage....you'll risk leaving ghost square patches on the front/rear shields from UV-induced discoloration. OCD guys would remove the ConStickers & keep them w/ the car's documents. Your call, sir.[emoji4]

    errr...
stick the visor sticker on the other side, or beside/under the conduction sticker..?

just look around you when you hit the streets... many cars not sporting LTO-sourced number plates.

    heh heh.

Am not interested in the vehicle plate here. I'd rather keep my conduction sticker number....😃😁😎

Nope. And why will you do that? Takaw sita sa checkpoint. Keep your conduction sticker until your official plates arrive. Even if you are using the virtual plates

My dealership is asking for P1200 to get my new plates. How true is this?

Pati yung next consecutive years ko na registration. For 3 years.

They're charging you extra 1,200 just to release the plates?

    Bakit daw, bro?

Alam ko dapat wala yan, ha.

Unless nag request ka ng "ending" number?

Labo nun ah? Bayad na yun sa registration.

    Hingan mo resibo.

With Free registration ung car purchase, no "special request". Ung ibang car owners nakapag bayad na P900 - P1200 daw. Pupunta ako ng casa this Monday, check ko rin sa LTO / DTI if legal ba mgbenta ng plate# ang casa. lol

    new car?
request for a full, detailed breakdown, of your bill.

sometimes, they charge a bloated "handling fee".
they may charge you 1200 bucks, when the messenger will spend only his pamasahe..."pendong, kunin mo nga plaQa ni mr killmeany sa LTO.. heto pamasahe.."

Hehehe

Mga sir confirm ko lang sana... Bnew car was registered this month January 2020, also indicated in the issued OR/CR yung plate number with "4" as ending. SA OR may note na "RENEWAL DUE ON APRIL 2022" parang 2yrs lang instead of 3yrs ang next registration that supposed to be sa April 2023.. per LTO counted na daw this year as 1yr.... parang hnd naman ganun yung dati with my previous car registration.
