LTO New Plate Release

Mga sir confirm ko lang sana... Bnew car was registered this month January 2020, also indicated in the issued OR/CR yung plate number with "4" as ending. SA OR may note na "RENEWAL DUE ON APRIL 2022" parang 2yrs lang instead of 3yrs ang next registration that supposed to be sa April 2023.. per LTO counted na daw this year as 1yr.... parang hnd naman ganun yung dati with my previous car registration.

What's the year model sir? Yung sa akin kasi, 2016 mobilio. Ngayong January lang ako nagparenew, may penalty ako kasi dapat daw December pa ako nagparenew dahil 2016 daw yung unit.

Pero kahit na sabihin 2019 yung unit mo, ang aga naman para April 2022 ka bumalik.

Counted by year kasi ang rehistro. Got my car November 2014 pero since plate number nya 7 pinarehistro ko na agad July 2017. Nilagyan ng "out of cycle" tag ang OR and dahil good pa dapat rehistro until Nov binawas nila ang fee for the remaining months. July 2018 onward back to normal na ang fees.

If 2016 ang unit mo sir and you got it same yr, tama lang na 2019 ang next renewal mo depends sa ending plate number kung ano month ng 2019 still within 3yrs.

My 2015 sta fe got it Dec 2015 nag renew ako ng Oct 2018. My 2016 montero got it Oct 2016 nag renew ako last year 2019

Pero now sa M3 got it this month pero next rehistro sa 2022 lumalabas na 2yrs lang para sa next renewal na dapat 3yrs. Not sure if nag change mg counting ang LTO o nagkamali lang sila ng note sa OR

I got my vehicle registered sometime in 2013 and unfortunately yung steel plate isa sa mga na-hold sa customs until now wala pa rin but the plate number is stated in my ORCR, ABC 123 format. I also still have my conduction sticker on my rear windshield.

I am currently using an improvised plate ABC 123 but i was apprehended by HPG and they were looking for an authorization letter (imagine 7 yrs of using ngayon lang ako nasita, buti napakiusapan ko upon theyre checking with LTO na wala pa talaga akong plate di kasi sila makapaniwala na 2013 pa yung vehicle pero wala pa rin plaka)

Just want to ask if what is more legal to use as plate, is it an improvised plate number ABC 123 format or a conduction plate AB 1234 format? Do i really need to secure an authorization letter? Sana matulong niyo po ako para iwas abala lang po kung sakali mapatapat sa buwaya, di kasi biro ang multa for this one.

Nothing is wrong with me. Just stating walang problema sa plaka nung panahon na yan like what you are saying. Go to your dealer and demand your plates. Simple.

The customs problem was in 2015-2016 and onwards. Not 2013. Backlog for 2017 and 2018 are being addressed but the 2016 series ang naipit sa customs. Ang series nun ay ABC-1234.

Bumili ako ng kotse ng 2014, in 1 month may plaka na ako. And the company i work for buys cars every month since 2008. All plates got delivered within 3 months from car delivery except for those bought from mid 2015 to 2018.

My bad for using the language. Pero again I am telling you my good sir it is the case with mine. It is whats logged in the LTO's database. The plate is not yet released and unavailable since it is in one of the warehouses of Customs.

white construction or oslo paper, or white carolina. cut to size.
black, fat pentel pen for the lyrics.
heavy plastic lamination at national bookstore. give a wide lip at the upper side, so's you can bolt it to the car, without touching the paper. that way, it's waterproof.

if you wish, dalhin mo yung latest OR sa lto, at patatakan nyo ng "no plates available" sa likod, properly dated.
you can show it to the apprehending officer, everytime you are flagged down.

and if i may rant,
it is lto's duty to give me my plates, when i paid them the first time or shortly after.
it is not my duty to waste time and effort, checking on them periodically for over several years, inquiring about my plates.
at kayong mga apprehending officers. alam naman ninyo at ng buong bansa, kung sino ang may kasalanan sa plates shortage na ito. don't blame us. we are victims here.

May mga nakikita din akong temporary plate number pero may nakalagay na "plate not available". Siguro yan and yung tatak as suggested by Dr. D pwede na.

Bought my car November 2014 and got the AA* plates in December. Not a Toyota though so malamanag napabilis ang processing and kuha agad plate.

Nadikit ko na po ung sticker sa windshield. And stated din po sa ORCR ko yung plate number ko.

Yung improvised plate mo lang naman ang problema, bawal kasi talaga yun. Just remove it, yung conduction sticker and gawan mo ng improvised.

Meron ako late 2015, wala pa din LTO issued physical plate. Sa ORCR nakalagay na yung ABC 1234, renewal sticker din asa windshield na, yung physical plate na gamit ko ay yung conduction sticker pa din na galing sa dealer.

Never ako gumawa or nagpagawa nung para sa ABC 1234, kasi nga it will contain the actual plate number, papasok ito sa improvised plate na pinagbabawal talaga.

Also mga 2017 ata naglabas sila guidelines para sa mga newer released cars, yung may specified size na temp plates containing MVIR #s, etc. Di sila pasok sa improvised plate since wala naman actual plate numbers.

Never ako gumawa or nagpagawa nung para sa ABC 1234, kasi nga it will contain the actual plate number, papasok ito sa improvised plate na pinagbabawal talaga.

it was actually the LTO, that suggested we fabricate our temporary plates.
