    cs ending 6
    plate ending 3
    Nxx-##13, granted naman yung wish ko na 13 ending. [emoji4]

    Kami kaya na yung Plates eh kasama sa nahold ng customs. Kelan kaya namin makukuha yun.

    Feb 2018 here, wala pa per LTO website.

    they do not realize that the plate was issued before the model came out.

    but maybe, it is possible.
    perhaps the lto up north had a slow-moving new car population, the plates weren't being issued as fast as down south, and it was one of the last to be issued...

    Baka HPG lang at LTO enforcers ang may alam ng mga "codes" of the license plate. Year issued, province of origin etc.

    Dati pag nakakita ako ng plaka starting with A sa Manila, alam ko galing Baguio or North yun.
