Can you confirm if your plate ending number is the same as the conduction sticker ending number? Read somewhere that if your conduction sticker ending is "6", then LTO issues you a plate number that has ending "6" also.

Nope. Conduction ending number is 8, & plate number ending is 7. Actually the agent already advised me of my assigned plate number a month after I got my unit in 2016. The actual plate was only delivered to them recently.

you can request from your dealer, for your choice of last digit in the conduction plate.
you may also request, argueably 'though, for your choice of number plate's last digit. my SAs' answers are not consistent, kasi.

Requested for a different ending plate ever since my agent advised me of my virtual plate number two years ago. She said, they'll try to change it once the actual plates arrived. She called me a few weeks ago informing me that plate was already available. They tried to change the plate daw, but LTO doesn't allow it anymore na daw.

from what i understand, plate numbers can not be changed anymore, after they had been issued. i think, the request must accompany the papers when they are first brought to the LTO.
one possibility, is that the person charged with making your request to the LTO, failed in this function.
i also know, "tao rin ang nag-a-assign at nag-re-release ng plaka sa LTO". officially or un-officially, they can be talked to.
but all this, is just my opinion.

Actually i wouldn't mind any day. As long as it doesn't fall under my other cars coding day.
Kakagatin ko na yung 15k for special plate for convenience sake, pero suspended as of now. darn it.

Clarify ko lang, if you go for the special plate route, the coding will follow the ending of your special plate right? Hoping they lift the special plate ban soon.

Bought my car last August 31,2018 and got text from my agent na available na daw yung plate today. Mukhang 1 month nalang release for newly purchased cars ah.
Also hindi siya based sa month ng purchase, I got a 7 plate ending which is thursday coding, not bad

Update!

Last night pagcheck ko sa LTO online inquiry, may plate na daw ako. Nagtext na ako sa ahente ko tinatanong ko anong plate number naassign sakin. Di pa nagrereply.
