    Another problem is that I don't see any PMVIC around Region 4A on LTO's list.
    I gave LTO my Client ID number & requested them to encode the renewal transaction under the said ID.
    It's not uncommon to see LTO presume motorists to not have Client IDs, hence, they take the initiative to create. Should this be your case, get a copy of the ID & password. You can then alter the profile & password, should you choose to.

    Na encode agad nila? I just asked the driver to go to LTO office and as expected the nincompoop LTO people don’t know what to do.

    Bakit hindi ko nabasa ito..
    Totoo nga, iniisip nila hindi nagri-register yung owner automatic ginawan nila Client ID.. Nag-sign up pa naman ako in advance.. Ayun, balewala pag-sign up ko.. [emoji28]

    Katatapos ko lang magpa-register ng sasakyan 6:30 AM nakapila na ako sa CTPL insurance dahil yun ang magbibigay ng schedule for Emission.. 7:30 AM cut off na sa mga walk-in.. Inuuna nila lahat ng Senior na dumadating hindi alternate, priority ang senior.. Muntikan na ako di makasama sa cut off dahil ang aaga ng mga senior.. Hehehe [emoji16]..
    At nag-iisa akong babae [emoji23]..
    6:30 AM natapos na ako 1:30 PM.. Dahil yung schedule ng emission ko 11AM [emoji52]..
    Btw, yung emission dun priority nila yung CTPL na nandun.. Mahirap makakuha ng schedule pag sa labas..

    CTPL = 1200
    Emission = 600
    Stencil = 50
    Registration = 2,300
    Total = 4,150

    Kanina kakwentuhan ko mga nakapila din sa insurance.. So madami comments sa LTO, late plaka, atbp.. Nung sa kwentuhan, natanong ko kung kelan last nila register.. Yung isa 2 years na, yung isa one year.. Tapos April dapat sila [emoji28]..
    Deep inside, ang irony ng buhay.. Madami comments sa late release pero sila din pala mga late pa-register..
    Natanong ko pa, eh di magbabayad kayo penalty nyan.. Oo meron na, maliit lang naman.. Sa motor pala ang mura lang..
    So ayun, ok lang late registration sa motor kasi mura lang penalty.. [emoji28]
    La lang..
    Less stressful ngayon kaysa last year, grabe dami motor nun.. Ngayon manageable na dahil siguro dun sa pa-schedule ng emission..
