there's the traditional one in pasig.
i read that there's one inside the campo.
and google says there's one in cubao.
the pasay one, if it is true, is probably the one physically nearest to makati. i was surprised, because it is the first time i read about it, kasi.
if memory serves, few, if ever, LTOs have one such, within or near their premises.
is there one in east rembo? dunno. google isn't too helpful.

OR is generated pretty instantly after payment confirmation. This only works w/ PMVIC-inspected vehicles, not w/ PETC ones.

What does it mean na "it's exclusively for previously LTMS registered vehicle"?

Pag printout type na yun existing OR, sa LTMS na na registered?

If you find your vehicle under your LTO Client ID via the LTMS portal, then it's LTMS registered.

I have an LTMS account which I used to take the driver's license exam. My car was registered thru a PETC service which I think created another LTMS account for that purpose, since the receipt was a print out.

If I go to a PMVIC, can I use my existing LTMS account even if the car is registered to another account?

Another problem is that I don't see any PMVIC around Region 4A on LTO's list.

I think ganyan din sa akin. I just bring the car to the center and have the test done then I deliver na lang sa akin yun mga papers.

So hinde tayo pwede mag online register ngayon?

Pero baka basta printout type na yun OR, considered as LTMS registered na kahit ibang account ginamit.

Edit:

Wala record. Hinde pwede online. Need to go to LTO office pa to have the vehicles linked to my account.
