yun nga ang nakakapagtaka. may stock sila and anytime pwede kong makuha unit kahit bank p.o. ako. first choice ko pa naman yung fort kahit na mas malakas engine ng monty and lamang sa features. it is either nakapila lahat sa fortuner at yun ang gusto or marami lang talaga silang stock.

The dealerships are trying to maximize income for the limited units they have, from a business standpoint I can understand that. But can't help but feel bad for people wanting to get a unit and was forced to settle for their second choice.

i hope they all pull-out and get the monty instead so that i will still have a chance oh well, you are right sir. my timing is not right i suppose. if not for the flood in thailand last year, most probably there is an abundance of stock. according to them, delivery of units will normalize on february as more units will arrive from thailand and vietnam. the question is, will there be difference in parts installed since it will be sourced from two different countries.

thank you for the sympathy sir. im looking at it on a different angle. maybe, just maybe, the fortuner is not for me after all so the situation is forcing me to get a different unit. or maybe, i am suppose to wait coz who knows, the next units will already have the VNT in them

kalokohan to. i reklamo mo yung agent. kukumisyon lang yun tapos kukuha ng leather seat cover sa labas, iakkabit sa casa, tapos dvd HU, 20k lang yan sa labas eh tapos magkanu na tutubiun nya dun, ang laki na.

i'm planning to buy a new fortuner this january or february. can anybody recomend a good sales agent sa toyota otis, toyota manila bay or toyota pasong tamo?

may nakausap kasi akong agent and alam ko dapat free na yung chattel martgage, lto registration, insurance, tpl, aog

ito ang charge nya sa akin
chattel mortgage = 44,670
lto registration = 9,700
insurance = 40,267
tpl = 2,600
AOG = 8,500

hindi ba dapat free na itong mga ito? pa ecomend naman ng agent.

they are all taking advantage of buyers right now dahil konti ang supply nila. tama talaga yung mga nagsabi kung saan malaki ang kita. kaso minsan sumosobra na sila. hindi lang basta kita ang habol e, hold-up. An agent just told me kung gusto ko daw thru bank financing and not in-house, i should tell my bank to give them 2% dealer incentive and ang nakakainis is, that i should also get the package monitor worth 95k!!! sabi ko never mind.

2013 year model is a continuation of the "facelift" of last year 2011.

Expect the all new body to come out by late 2014 (in Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, etc..) and by early 2015 here in our shores.

Yes succeeding models will still use the current 2.5li 2KD-FTV (non VNT) bec. Toyota Phils has always reasoned that the "dirty" high sulfur content fuel currently available in the Philippines impedes them (Toyota Phil) from bringing in the engine with VNT (similar to Hyundai's and Mitubishi's VGT).
