but we all know that there is a difference between the asking price and the actual going price. and that will be up to you to decide. but this going price, never gets into the ads. it's a sort of secret between the seller and the buyer. so just how desperate are you to get rid of it?
and if you do not want bayan sellers to inquire (na-inis ka na rin, ha? welcome to the club.), maybe you should have added in your ad, "direct buyers only. no bayan sellers pls". instead, you implicitly welcomed them..
and with an ad like yours, it's very attractive.. even to me.. and i'm not even looking for one.. but with the cost of fuel and the rise of the minicar and its attractive pricing, a number of new car owners, including those who in the past may have been interested in your land yacht, are now shifting their sights on the smaller, cheaper cars..
my suggestion, is just sit tight. may kakatok din sa pinto na hindi bayan seller..
errr. humor me po.. is it a 3.0 or a 2.5 engine?
