Actually i've already sent a formal letter to them but ang mali ko is hindi ko napa-receive yung document sa Customer Relations. Ayaw ko na din ibalik sakanila for that problem yung car. I'll bring my business somewhere nalang in high hopes na maayos.

    well,
    good luck, po.
i hope you don't have to replace anything big-bucks.

    marami naman diyang magalinig mag-align.

In my case, everytime a new car was released form the showroom, i always brought it to my suking shop for alignmemt, camber correction, wheel balance, tire pressure check the next day.

Most likely, sablay talaga pag galing sa casa

well, if the mis-alignment recurred after a year
it's probably not toyota's fault anymore.
more likely, "wear and tear" or aggressive driving practices.

some writers recommend regular alignment check... every year... every 2-3 years...

    hyperinflated tire?
my personal suspicion is, it was intentional. they probably reasoned, that the car would be staying in the company bodega for some time, and by hyperinflating it, some of the air would have leaked out by the time the car is sold...

Yup mataas ang psi ng gulong kotse pagdeliver from toyota. Sometimes nasa 50psi. Para maganda ang tayo pag deliver sayo. Then adjust mo na lang after.

Lahat ng binili ko na brand new sobra tigas ng gulong. Binababa ko agad to 32 psi as soon as i-turnover sakin ang susi. :D

Driver side rear and passenger side front shocks are busted.

maybe the dealers are under instructions to keep installing 'em defective shocks, to replace the same initially-installed defective shocks, until they are used up.
only then will they start using the "better model shocks"...

    hindi ba,
the replacement items' warranties are only up to the original parts' warranties?

Typical MM roads amd expressways, so I don't know if that can be considered extreme "lubak".

    sometimes,
    it's not the lubaks.
it's the way one drives over the lubaks.

I finally got my innova after 3 months of fixing at shop for the damage rear door. I noticed the power steering fluid level is below level and when I drive it again for the 1st time after 3 months the steering wheel felt a bit stiff. What should I do? It was okay 3 months ago when I have it repaired. Thank you.

    How stiff is "stiff"?

I was driving a sedan before switching to an Innova and the first time I drove it, the steering wheel felt comparatively stiffer than the sedan... with obviously good reason. But after a while of driving it, I've grown accustomed to it.

Just saying that maybe you've been driving a different vehicle while your Innova was in the shop and you've just grown accustomed to it.

But to be thorough, refill the PSF and check for leaks. Also check the tire pressure.... low tire pressure makes for a harder steering.

Yes I was indeed driving a sedan and I check also the tire pressure it was okay for 3 months of not using it all 4 tires 30psi and I just add 3psi making it 33psi. I will try to add PSF to make it to the desired level. But normally if the vehicle is not use for that long will it not make steering wheel stiff and does it need to drain the PSF and refill a new one? I will check again probably also I was driving a sedan and now shift back to Innova and steering wheel felt a stiffer compared to sedan.
