i have a D4d manual, and it gives me at least 10 km/li in the city. at today's price of fuel, that's 400 km/1000 kesos of fuel.
my brother, who owns a vvti manual, says he gets about 220 km only... but he's a conservationalist...

Curious as to what your route is. I'm currently averaging only 6.8 km/l. Well, my route kasi is 80% bumper-to-bumper traffic through most of the Skyway construction zones.

but i am lucky..
i don't have to bumper my bumper, to get to work.
mostly side roads and residential areas.
but my route is about 6 km only..

if i had to use the main roads, hindi gas ang mauubos.. pasensiya! #%$!!**### buses $%*+ illegal terminals %**??&&!!!

Well, it's really not the fault of the vehicle. When I say 80% of my route is gapang na sa traffic, it's not an exaggeration. It's been from bad to worse during the past several months. My travel distance each way is 16-17km (32-35km everyday) and I have to go through many choke points. Lahat ng alternative routes, traffic na rin.

You can't save fuel if you're stuck doing 0km/l most of the time.

My only way to get better mileage is to leave very early in the morning. Though unfortunately, nothing can be done with rush hour traffic driving home at the end of a workday.

dr.d yun bang 235 x 50 x 18 mo hindi nahihirapan sa akyatan? may iaadjust ba sa mga suspension para magkasya ang ganyan kalaki na gulong sa innova?
byahe ko kasi baguio manila, lagi akong nasa canon road kaya gusto kong iupgrade ang gulong kasi stock size pa yung gulong ng sasakyan... balak ko lang na size eh 215 x 55 x 17, anybody na naka experience ng ganitong upgrade ng gulong at iakyat sa baguio VVYI gas engine.... sa consumption sanay na ako sa 2.0 di ko na zadong pinapansin yan manhid na ako hahaahha.... pero sabi mas matipid naman ang VVTI kesa EFI. galant yung 2.0 ko vr4 . thanks pls help b4 i proceed with the upgrading......
