Ngayon ko lang ulit na drive si innova. Ramdam ko may nginig ang engine ano kaya cause neto? Akala mo mamamatay yung makina.

Palit spark plug ba?

Outside casa na kasi PMS ko

Tuwing kelan ba palitan ng spark plugs? Ano signs na need na palitan?

Or iba ang cause kaya may vibration?

misfire?
a defect somewhere in the high tension circuit.. probably a defective hi tension cable, a defective spark plug, dirty electrical contact, fouled-up sparking plug.
have your car tuned-up. baka yun lang ang kelangan.

btw, is the nginig persistent?
baka naman sa una lang na mga segundo, tapos ay wala na.. in which case, baka bumaba lang ang langis sa oil sump. nguni at pagkatapos ng ilang segundong andar, umakyat na muli at ok na lahat..

Car is used na lang once a week. Pagka start ramdam mo nginig then mawawala na din pag tagal.

So its normal??

welll... i do know that if the car is not used for "some time", sometimes all that oil in the engine can drain down to the oil sump. when that happens, the initial engine revs will be rough, sometimes the engine dies and has to be re-started.. but once the oil is pumped back up to the engine, the vibrations cease, and the engine functions normally again.
is this what you experience? it may be normal... but if it happens everytime..
oil level ok? oil grade correct?

welll... i do know that if the car is not used for "some time", sometimes all that oil in the engine can drain down to the oil sump. when that happens, the initial engine revs will be rough, sometimes the engine dies and has to be re-started.. but once the oil is pumped back up to the engine, the vibrations cease, and the engine functions normally again.
is this what you experience? it may be normal... but if it happens everytime..
oil level ok? oil grade correct?

This gave me a peace of mind. Still obserbahan ko pa din.

Okay naman oil levels, alaga pa din sa change oil. Kaka pa change fluids ko pa nga lang sa casa (engine oil not included) kasi kaka change oil ko lang din kasi sa labas.

Hopefully nothing serious.

Mga sir good pm po.. hingi lang po nang advise. Plan to get a new car for my growing kids this next few months. We currently own a car (2.0 gas m/t Honda Accord- my apology on the thread) kaya lang sikip na kami 3 teenagers and my wife. Our choice Innova 2.0 e a/t or 2.5 e dsl a/t. We plan to keep this for good. I am an OFW at di madalas magagamit for sure. Are this two variant able to go up to Baguio without any hassle fully loaded? FC po nang dalawa. I am from Pampanga and the traffic is not that bad. Thanks in advance on any inputs.

get the diesel. their owners are noisier and more fanatic. heh heh.
MT versus AT? it's a long story, with no clear winner yet.. bottomline... it's still a personal choice. i have MT, but kung minsan, nananaginip ako na kung AT naman ....
wala pa akong nakikilalang bumili ng innova at nag-sisi...
o sige.. isa.. but that don't count.. because all he was complaining about, was the "loss" of his money..
i do not think baguio would be a big challenge to the innova.

We have a 2009 gas AT, FC a is around 8 kms/li mixed driving with no heavy traffic.

hinge lang po sana ako ng tulong or advice sa pag pile between innova j and innova E..

big diff po kasi sa price nila na almost 100k-120k and difference.. eh budget namin po di gaano ganun kataas.. same lang naman sila ng makina mapa dsl or gas. ang pinagkaiba lang po nila diba ay power window?

sa 100k-120k diff nila kung J ang kukunin ko. kung sa labas ako papainstall ng power window at keyless entry with alarm. magkano po magagastos ko and saan po maganda mura at safe magpainstall?

sinabihan ko din ang agent ko na ganun ang plan ko. ok lang din daw naman yun... kaso ang sabi nya yung daw mga pyesa mismo ng nasa loob at labas ng J at E ay magkaiba pa din ang kalidad.. kung baga example ay sa door handle kung si G daw ay class 1 E daw ay class 2 si J naman ay class 3. di ko masyadong gets yung pag kakaexplain. parang sinasabi nya yung mga piyesa na ginagamit sa diff variant ay my categorization pa sila.... hmmm

Mag E ka nalang baka di mo magustuhan ang J at masabihang cheap ang materials. kc kung kaya mong asikasuhin ang trabaho ng pagpapa power window ng J mo eh gudluck. Madali kc sabihin mahirap gawin. Pag sinabi mo kc magpapapower window ka nlng pag J kinuha mo. Pero need mo antayin matapos warranty mo atleast 3 yrs. may connect kc sa electrical yan eh. So mavoid ang warranty. Sana sa span ng 3 yrs decided ka parin mag papower window. Baka kc at that time eh satisfied ka na sa J mo.

Sir ok ang diesel. Practical, at di naman maiingay ang diesel ng innova compared sa ibang ka lineup neto. Tipid lng tlga ang diesel. Laking pasasalamat mo kung mag diesel ka sa pataas na namang presyo ng langis.

For comparison,- our then 2005 Starex TCI A/T bug-eyed (I was driving this), and my sister's 2007 Innova J Diesel M/T,- distance of about 300Km from South MM to Baguio. Both full tank (60L) and we were in convoy with each other.... We were 8 in the Starex and they were 5 in the Innova.... That was 2008... Upon reaching Baguio,- what was left on my gauge was only 3/8 (8Km/L); hers was still 5/8(13.3Km/L) ... Now, that was a big difference in fuel consumption....

Don't worry,- a car's tampo happens everytime...

Himas-himasin mo lang at kausapin mo ng sweet nothings,- okay na iyan....

And be with her at least twice a week.....

Kung OFW ang may-ari at di madalas magagamit yung sasakyan baka mas praktikal sa yo yung gas kung bibili ng brand new. Kasi kung magiging low mileage yung sasakyan matagal mo bago mababawi yung additional cash outlay mo para sa diesel.
