sino sa inyo nag avail ng A/C maintenance service offered during 25,000km PMS worth 6k? it was offered to me nung nag pa 25k PMS. i declined kasi nothing wrong naman sa A/C ko... ano kaya benefit nito?

IMO, very minimal benefit, just clean your cabin filter regularly mas okay pa. In my case I never availed of dealers aircon cleaning offers, after more than five years of use, my AC failed I have paid around P7K for AC repair and that includes OEM rear condenser replacement and cabin filter replacement.

Try Kristal-Aire in Makati very reliable and quick service they worked on my Innova in less than 2 hours, baklas dashboard, center console box, rear seat and sidings, clean air ducts and condenser check and replacement.

hello mga ka innova.. I have some questions regarding 5k pms.. I'll be having my 5k pms tomorrow for my 2013 Innova G VVTi.

1. ano ba karaniwang ginagawa for 5k pms based on your experience?

2. ano magandang oil gamitin? I'm leaning towards semi-synthetic oil? any adavantages or disadvantages?

3. worth it ba yung mga treatment na nirerecommend ng casa like engine at engine oil treatment at kung ano ano pa?

1. Same as 1K PMS... usual change oil, oil filter, clean brakes, bolt tightening, etc.

2. If I were you, I'd stick with mineral oil first sa 5K PMS... i believe that our engine is still in its break-in stage even at 5K, and thus there are still some metal shavings that gets incorporated in the oil when you drain it... I only start to use fully synthetic oil at 10K.

3. Your Innova is only on its 5K PMS... so I don't think those extras are necessary.

In my case, for our rides, synthetic only at 15KKm or 20KKm PMS..... depende sa mood ko (at ng bulsa)....

One year warranty lang naman ang battery, it has separate warranty card when you roll out your car sa casa.

Tanong: Bakit lomolobo ang battery sa gilid?

Sagot: Hindi dahil sa mahinang klase ang battery or nagexpand sa loob, lomolobo sa gilid ang car battery dahil sa sobrang higpit ng battery holder, pushing the side walls of the batery downward and outward,.

but my battery clamp is a simple piece of plastic running along the width of my battery. nothing holds down the two ends of my battery. so, what causes the bulge where there is no clamp over it?
and since plastic ang clamp, imposibleng sobrang higpit. mababasag muna ang clamp bago..

Hi,

That plastic holder running on top perimeter of your battery is thicker and sturdy than your battery side walls and it has fastening long bolts not on the two ends but on the two sides right? This side fastening bolts presses down the battery side walls more, than having a fastening bolts on two ends.

just my two cents, nalobo and side wall ng battery same ng sa battery ng cellphone, maybe because of the charging and discharging ng battery..

share ko lang.. just had my 5K pms this morning at Toyota North Edsa..

change oil - mineral oil 5 liters + 1 liter freebie when I got the unit
change oil filter
check brakes
top up coolant
top up windshield washer

total damage = PhP 1,432.00


so far.. maayos talaga service and facilities nitong casa na to.. on time ang lahat ng trabaho at maayos kausap ang mga tao.. nasa harap ko pa yung kotse habang ginagawa behind a glass wall.. walang hassle libre pa kape..

btw.. pinaayos ko rin yung break pedal kse umaalog pag nalulubak o pag dumaan sa sunod sunod na maliliit na humps.. nilagyan lang ng bushing para humigpit.. so far ngayon ok na ok na ngayon..
