wow, ang mahal sa vvti. ibang klase ung fuel filter assembly ng vvti as compared to d4-d?

Is it okay to top-off both the brake fluid and power steering fluid with a different brand but same specs (Dot 3 & ATF Dexron III) to the brake fluid and power steering reservoir respectively? Ung sa coolant kasi I remember that preferably ung pink coolant ng toyota or caltex ang dapat gamitin.

okay, thanks sir! I was canvassing for the price of coolant, brake fluid and power steering fluid, surprisingly, mas mura pa sa casa compared sa mga binebenta sa store un nga lang, ung packaging nila mga 1Li or 2Li wala sila ung maliliit na packaging.

I was with my family earlier this morning for the mass and I park inside the church compound. When we were about to leave, the above pix happened (left corner rear bumper). Probably the car park behind me is the culprit but didn't noticed any car park behind me at that time.

    Questions:
Option 1: Can I use a rubbing/polishing compound to remove the flare or scratches? or if not totally remove, just to minimize the damage.
Option 2: If option 1 won't work, what is the typical cost for the repair and restoration of the above damage so that I have ballpark figure of the price when I negotiate with an authorized car body repair shop.

Need your expert adivsed. Thank you so much!

here are some paint cleaners that are available locally( blade ). pinakamura dyan would be the Moms scratch remover (mga around P350). don't buy the 3m scratch remover in sachet. its too aggressive.

    Meguiars SCRATCH X 2.0
    Meguiars SwirlX Swirl Remover
    Mothers California Gold Pre-Wax Cleaner

Or you could take it to sir Ginnova and he can easily repair that defect. The cost may even be less than if you buy any of those products, ask him to be sure.

I had something like that, but yours in worse condition. I just took it to Big Bert's Araneta. One of the partners of the shop personally took care of it. First he wet sanded it with a light sand paper. Applied some wax and etc. They charge me Php 400 but it was definitely worth it as it came out good as new.

PS: As long as its paint transfer (from the hit and run guy's car to your innova), it can be remedied.

Maybe I'll try either the Mothers Pre-Wax Cleaner Step-1 or the Meguiars Deep Crystal Paint Cleaner. I think this are least abrasive compared sa mga scratch removers (correct me if im wrong). Hopefully It could do the job and remove the paint transfer to the rear bumper. Thanks again sir Ginnova.

Yes, that would be my second option on taking it to a car body repair shop. Kung Php400 lang, it is very much worth it. Pwede ko na lang pagawa sa kanila kesa bibili pa ako ng paint cleaner na ganon din ang cost.

    Update:

I went to a reputable car body repair shop and they just rub it using a compound and wolah! the paint transfer has disappeared though they are still hairline scratches but it is not noticeable. Overall I would say it is 90% restored to its original form. Mabilis lang nga tangalin.
