I inquired about the 40K PMS (D4-D, A/T) earlier this morning and the SA quoted me as follows:

1.) Change all fluid (brake, oil, differential gear, power steering, atf, coolant, washer)
2.) Change all filter (air, oil, fuel, a/c)
    3.) General Check-up (bolt-tightening, brake pads, etc.)

The quoted amount overall was Php12,600. Is this the same price that you were quoted or getting for the 40K PMS?

For paint tranfer bruises I just clean it with kerosene to remove transferred paint then followed by NUFinish Scratch Doctor to minimized scratches.

    Good morning guys,

I am considering changing my stock tires (Yokohama Aspec 205/65/R15) with larger ones (215/65/R15) when the old ones get worn out.

    New tire changes:

    1. Would the bigger tire still be a good fit for the Innova? Hindi ba sya sasayad?
    2. I googled and found out that a Yokohama C.drive2 meets this bigger size specs. Di pa naman ako nakapag-canvass but can you recommend a tire dealer around Ortigas, Quezon Ave, Marilao/Bocaue/Balgtas area? Mga magkano kaya ang ganitong gulong? Di ba sya mahirap hanapin?
    3. Though the dimension differences appear small, how will the bigger tire feel when handling the car as compared to the previous ones?

    Thanks.

It is stated in the file that "speedometer reading with non-stock tire is 2% too slow"

I'd say you are almost on the money, because ground speed reading based on GPS measurement says that speedometer reading with standard tires is about 3% too fast....

What brand of fuel filter do you use? okay ba ang quality ng OEM Toyota Fuel Filter? Based sa mga nabasa kong thread about OEM toyota oil filter, it is no good and might be same case with the fuel filter.

Thank you sir. Decent naman daw ung OEM fuel filter ng Toyota sabi ng kausap ko doon sa kabilang thread. Ung OEM oil filter lang ung medyo negative ang feedback sa quality nun.

the TPL is the one required by govt regulations. and no, you are not required to get a comprehensive insurance, unless the car is still under mortgage and the company requires you have one..

Thanks dr.

Brother, it is BPI's requirement to have your car insured. Then I sent to BPI my Comp. Insurance which they considered. So far ok naman, they honored it.

No. I only paid around 6K. To save more on cost, here's my suggestions:
    1. You may change the air filter by DIY. It's not that difficult. You may search for the related thread here at tsikot on how to.
    2. No need to change the a/c filter if it can be cleaned by water jet spray and air-comp spray by DIY. But if it is already spoiled, you may replace it by DIY. It's not that difficult. You may search for the related thread here at tsikot also on how to.
    3. You may change the oil and oil filter by DIY if you can. But if you're not confident, let the CASA do it. You may bring your own oil if you want but ask the CASA first if they will allow it. If yes, they will just ask you to sign a waiver.

Sorry. No option. I think, nasa contract yan na pinirmahan mo with the bank. Kailangan talaga may insurance yan or else baka ma penalty ka pa at mas malaki pa bayaran mo. I suggest, kuha ka na lang ng may pinaka murang premium na insurance company since di naman masyadong ginagamit innova mo.

Ako bumili ako ng wet and dry vacuum cleaner, I just use wet/soapy towel for the head board liner and followup with vacuum cleaner.

if you want it to be done by pros, you can search the detailing thread for shops.
