MAyron ba foam and net twine sa underside ng leather seat covers niyo?? pics attached.. this is to protect the orig seat covers( moquette) of our car...

This is my personal version why diesel engine is more economical.
Let's take these considerations:
No. of years of usage : 5 yrs.
Average km/day : 91.31 kms (based on 100T km in 3 years warranty)
Average Km/L with corresponding Price/Liter:
Gas: 9Km/L, PhP 29.50/Liter
Diesel: 12Km/L, PhP 27.50/Liter
Accumulated Km in 5 years =166,666 Km
Consumption:
Gas: 166,666 Km/ 9 Km/L X 29.50 PhP/L = PhP 546,294.09
Diesel: 166,666 Km/ 12 Km/L X 27.50 PhP/L = PhP 381,943.00

Based on these results, PhP164,351 can be saved on diesel.

However, to brake the Php 50,000 difference between gas & diesel, the accumulated Km should be approximately 50,704.175 Km.

Gas : 50,704.175 Km/ 9 Km/L X 29.50 PhP/L = PhP 166,197.01
Diesel: 50,704.175 Km/ 12 Km/L X 27.50 PhP/L = PhP 116,197.06
The difference is PhP 50,000.

Mga bro, this is just my personal approach based on fuel consumption only. This excludes maintenance, resale value and other things. Any version are most welcome here.

Ganyan din ang computation ko, except I computed mine at a maximum 100,000 km of usage lang, tapos I plan to sell it na, so at 50,000km, it will take me around 3 yrs to get back the cost of the diesel variant and another 3 or 4 years to enjoy the savings.

I choose Innova J gas over diesel bec.

1. P50k savings. difference ng gas and diesel nasa P2.5 - P3 na lang eh.. mileage ng gas ang diesel di na rin naman nagkakalayo sa gas - approx of 10km/L(my consumption) and diesel - approx of 14km/L. With a yearly mileage of 13000km (based sa old car namin) it would take us 5yrs bago ma-used up yung savings na P50k.

Based on your given datas, my approximate computation is 2.6 years only or you have 34,000 km free to consume your PhP 50T. After that, you have to shoulder the price difference between gas & diesel X Km traveled / average Km/L. The more you travel, the more you pay for your fuel.

Yung sa akin double stitch din yung sa front ng mga seats. Pero yung back part ng mga seats, hindi na. Pero bro, mas maganda ang sa iyo. Mukhang makapal at matibay ang dating. Sabagay naki-mura lang kasi ako.

Comparing Isuzu Trooper and Isuzu Hilander for example, I heard Isuzu Trooper has 3 or 4 incidence of faulty Injectors, but Hilander has fewer or almost none. Both are from Isuzu. But I think both vehicles did not use the same Injector sets. I hope MAZDAMAZDA understands what I mean.

Ok, will Toyota suffer the same fate? We all don't know for sure, maybe mazdamazda will know, tell us naman mazdamazda.

One more thing mazdamazda, Trooper,Fortuner, Innova, what we are comparing here is the diesel injectors not the horsepower nor the torque, we are focusing on the problems experienced on the vehicles(like Trooper). Of course Fortuner and Innova has yet to be seen since its quite new in the market. Peace be with you mazdamazda.

The problem w/ Trooper is the user. they dont follow oil specification
kelangan 10w30 ang oil nagagamitin kaya lang walang masaydong available
oil 40 kasi mas malapot kaysa 30.
4jx1 engine dont have injection pump oil driven ang injector ng 4jx1 kaya kelangan ng mas thiner oil para it is more easy to pump up.

D4d engine kaya is the same with 4jx1? I dont think so.
D4d has a Injection Pump ,4jx1 dont.

I think its too early to tell. No problems with mine as of the moment. ^_^
