I have read in some other thread na umabot daw ng 170kph ang adventure gas, but I doubt it. personally, i experienced 140kph sa NLEX, hirap na hirap na un with 4 adults, 2 kids and baggages. I think you can still squeeze in 10 more kph. That adventure was fairly new, 50t plus lang tinakbo nung binenta ko last April.

You are asking the top speed of the gas adventure in comparison to the diesel innova right? kung top speed ng gasoline innova, I have no idea. But based on innova_boy's pics, 160kph so far ang pinakamabilis inabot ng innova.

Has anybody else gone beyond the 160kph set by IB?

Hello People,

New lang here pero i find in interesing kasi i also have this D4D Matic Green Innova. So far i got 7.3 km/ li city driving and 13 km / liter on Manila - Baguio. Walang worry during overtaking. Very powerful.!

Naitakbo ka siya ng 140kph sa macapagal, you'd be surprised to find the innova to be quite stable at that speed and to reach that speed at a short period of time. nag 170kph ka ba IB? kala ko 160kph lang.

--> since the D-4D engine is turbocharged, is there a cooldown period wherein the engine should be left to idle for a minute before shutting it off?
--> To those who have the G variant, how effective is the reverse parking sensor? Is anyone selling an under mirror/backing mirror for the Innova yet?

- Sabi samin pag naka turbo daw pag binyahe ng matulin, kailangan idle for 2 mins. before turning off the engine.

the back up sensor is ok. but aside from the back up sensor, there is also a beeping sound while your on reverse. medyo irritating siya lalo na pag nagkasabay na siya with the back up sensor.. na o-off kaya tong beeping sound na to?

Just to test the power of Innova, try it at uphill climb along kennon road going to Baguio... You will see who will be left behind in the uphill climb...

Tama ka Innova_boy, I also went up to Baguio via Kennon Rd. at malakas talaga ang Innova. Matetest mo siya lalo yung bandang sa may lion. Maraming sasakyan ang hirap sa portion na yun.

*asterix: I agree with what beeper0358 posted. Based from my experience, madali talaga ma.scratch ang solargard. I didn't believe that a tint can be that easily scratched. I really don't recommend it. I hope you chnage your mind. Just a thought though. I don't want to force you or somethin ha. Decide what is best for you. Just want to help. ^_^

I reached 150 kph but I think may ibubuga pa to up 170 kph or faster. Kaya lang nakakanerbiyos at nung 140 kph pa lang naninita na yung co-pilot ko. 150 kph lang ang kaya ng dibdib ko. Doble ang worry mo, aksidente at huli for overspeeding.

I was in Baguio nung Thursday & Friday. Naguilian ang paakyat and Marcos ang pababa ko. Corny duon dahil nag-uulan duon pag hapon. Pag-akyat ko ng Baguio, may lumalangitngit somewhere sa front left wheel hanggang pagdating ng Manila. But when I drove it kanina, nawala ang langitngit.

We toured Northern Luzon for 10 days and I covered 1,575 kms. From Manila to Talavera, NE, Isabela, Tuguegarao/Callao Cave, Pagudpud, Vigan, Baguio, Dagupan, then, Bagac, Bataan and back Manila. Full passenger and cargo capacities. My average consumption was 9.3 km/li. Medyo up to 100 lang speed sa highways. Performance was OK.

On my ride i was able to attain only 170kph maximum.. at that time, i was chasing my friend riding in his BMW 545i which is running at 200kph according to him.. dina kaya ng ride ko at todo apak na sa gas pedal yun...

Now if i'm alone crusing speed ko is around 140kph and reaching 160 only..

Your question if anybody can do 180kph?? Well maybe kaya yan basta as long as naka 160 kph kana sa NLEX then you reach a portion na downhill road.. kaya yan sa 180kph... why dont you try it and give us pic of your speedometer like what I did??

SInce we have the same engine and tranny.. May i ask what city or route youtake to attain 7.3 km/L.. Mine city only 6 while my last route to Baguio only 10.9 Km/L...

May I ask what is the nature of your trip in going this places?? Marami ka bang business sa ibat ibang parte ng luzon?? Just asking... kasi nakakapagot yang mga biyaheng na mention mo... after a long drive ang sarap matulog...
