Hello asteu53, I travel weekly using NLEX from Manila to Pulilan and vise versa since Nov /09. I enjoyed travelling alone at top speed of 180kmh and had not encountered any problem .

Additional cost on filter is just a minor change. Medyo mahirap lang tanggalin at magbalik ng last spark plug dahil medyo gipit, solution is to buy a spark plug wrench na may hinge na puedeng ipasok at ilabas at a certain angle.

Since 205's lang ang lapad ng stock Yokohama A300 medyo di siya talaga stable at cruising speed, for better handling at cruising speed it would be better to upgrade the tires to 215-235's width.

    Hi Mile2,

Ang sinabi kasi sa akin ng babae, items will be charged individually. hindi daw pasok sa promo. if i remember it correctly, 700+ sinisingil niya for oil filter. baka you can post naman how much nagastos mo. :D

for spark plug naman, madali nga lang. kaso ang prob, kailangan pa ng torque wrentch diba? kasi yung gap nung spark plug. para hindi too tight, and hindi din maluwag.

GLD, Mile2 thanks for the response. Nanibago lang ako sa handling ng innova. I agree with your recommendation Mile2 for safety driving.

Last time mga 1.5 year ago yung straight change oil ko sa kanila and the promo applies. Lately, I just buy the oil in bulk like 11-12 liters for my whole year consumption (twice a year change oil), in which I just have my change oil service at Shell near my residence. I just buy VIC C-111 (Innova equivalent) oil filter at ACE and the Shell station near my place charge me P300 for labor. I also did my brake pads replacement at Shell and the labor charge is just P400.

Better buy their oil na lang and have the change oil service near your place.

Spark plug gap is not determined by how much torque you apply when installing the plugs on the socket. Though, it is a good idea to use the right torque to tighten the plug, you can actually do this by feel. There is a special tool for adjusting the gap but on new plugs, this is normally up to spec already and it is not affected by how much force you apply when tightening the plug to the engine socket.

    good day, guys

patulong lang please. hindi ko mahanap post na sinabi kung saan nagpagawa yung hindi pantay na innova. yung may tilt that favors one side. mas mataas right side kesa sa left/driver side.

was it toyota north balintawak or otis? what was the part that was replaced?

I always do my Innova oil change service sa Shell even on my 11 year old Mitsu Lancer bringing my preferred oil and filter.

Always better at gas station than backyard mechanic, gas station has lifter and they comply with the environmental regulation on proper disposal of used oil.

hello po sa lahat.. i'll be getting my new innova possibly next week. i read that 1 immediate thing to do is secure the spare tire with chain and lock. asked ko lang po kung how long would the chain be? if you recommend a brand of both as well as place to buy, much appreciated.

sorry for the novice question. thanks in advance.
