It was P3850 for the central lock and P3850 for the remote alarm then at TDC (Toyota Dasmarinas Cavite). Electricals as such should be installed none other than in casa if you are too strict with warranty issues. If you are budget constrained, you may opt to purchase above from auto accessories shops and have them installed by your own reliable installer who are keen and adept with auto electricals.

We have our Innova Accessories thread. Feel free to read related inputs of our fellow tsikoteers. Good luck.

Ok na yan sir. Do not over accessorize. You may want to change also your stock mags/tires for sportier looks.

,,,simple lang' pero rock''' for me' ang inno j ko, so far step board pa lang(medyo hirap kase mga kidz umakyat), chrome door handle, chrome hood cover, chrome trunk lid cover. di mo na makikita ang pagka_DUGONG at KALABAW niya sa kalsada, baka magmukhang KALABAW NA MAY HILA_HILANG KALESA...''''

in terms of elegance, the carens i think looks better because the GL's design is on the sporty side, again very subjective and this is just my opinion.

if i had a smaller family i wouldve just bought the new jazz but with a new member of the family, i just had to get a seven seater and the GL is what i chose.

for me the avanza cannot be compared to the GL in terms of looks, talo talaga avanza dun. fuzion maganda din yung rear pero front medyo talo din. innova, sorry for the innova owners here, mukhang dugong o kalabaw sa daan kasi...this is just my opinion, not to offend anyone. :-)

    Over accessorized?

Imagine this... you have a innova and you put all the accessory you could find. Now can you picture what would that look like?

To you it may be beautiful but to some it may be "over".

IMHO (In My Humble Opinion) Do what you want. You can't please everyone so just please yourself. Always remember that everyone has their own taste and preference.

To each his own, ika nga.

Matanong ko lang kamusta naman ang ride nung magpalit kayo ng 225/50 R17?

If I'm not mistaken you could go as tall as 225/55 R17.

I was able to drive my boss' innova from Tarlac to Isabela and back. He had 225/35 R17 sa front and 225/45 R17 sa rear. Galing kasi sa car niya yun kaya magkaiba.

Grabe ang tag-tag! But I must say gumanda handling niya.

pwede rin po yung 225/55/17... meron isang member na ganyang size ang naka mount sa Innova nya.

masyado na talagang matagtag kung bababa pa sa 50 series ang goma... IMO, ideal size would be 55 series... i had mine mounted with 215/55/17... pakiramdam ko nga eh mas gumanda pa ride nya kesa sa stock na 205/65/15.

    Trebuchet,

ok naman ang ride nya at maganda ang grip ngayon sa daan compared sa stock tires ng innova. Im planning to visit options unlimited maybe next week to have it fitted with front/back skirts, rear spoiler (3rd break light) and door moulding (body color). Im having second thoughts about the body cladding, i think it is too much (accessories) for me...

Ask ko lang po..saan mura bumili ng chrome cover for the innova door handle and front grill? salamat po...more power sa Innova Club...see ya

    Hello Tsikoters,

Does anybody experience a noisy engine with whistle like (like a pressure cooker) sound from your D4D engine after the 5k km maintanance? Any advise or suggestion on what to do? pls. help.

    Thanks in advance.

Someone else experienced exactly that! You can search the thread and look for "pressure cooker". The D4D was having the same noise when it was cruising and the driver noticed a loss in power. They said the problem was a leak in one of the hoses connected to the turbo. Dunno the details though.

Thanks so much Sir, but in my case its just the noise (the engine and the pressure cooker sound) that made me irritated, loss of power is not yet experienced.

Thanks so much for the advise Sir.
