Just squeezing in bro, I just had mine changed during the 20k PMS with Toyota Fully Synth 10w40. I talked to the SA that the recommended viscosity, fully synthetic that is, for Innova is 10w30 but he says there is no such available for Toyota. I have searched on every mall hardwares and auto shops for the 10w30 to no avail. What they only have is FS10w40 type. Is there any of such brand that carries the type?

hi Nath! is there a noticeable difference upon switching to fully synthetic? are you sure that Toyota's Genuine Fully Synthetic oil is 10w40? i thought it's 5w40.

Apparently mine was just a change oil maintenance from the same fully synth type. However, I heard that a less viscosity FS5w30 has something to do with fuel efficiency but I can't find any on the market until I finally exhausted to settle on the 5w40 type.

i see... AFAIK, the 10w30 also has energy conserving qualities.

seatcover for innova g sa seatmate mandaluyong ay P7,500...maganda din po ang fit at mabilis ang installation.

pero mas maganda ipa-leather seats talaga...P45,000 daw according to one of our members who attended the last EB (sorry forgot to get his name, he has a black innova g d4d)...maganda talaga sulit ang ishell out mo na pera.

I'm using 10w30 Royal Purple ( SpeedyFix ), noticeable gain in acceleration, this is good for new engines but be careful with oil leaks. Wala pa naman akong nakikitang oil leaks sa engine bay ko.

Even on LPG mode, I can say that Royal Purple is of good quality.

I hope these thieves will not just unscrew those two nuts that holds the spare tire holder, else they got the tire and the holder all together.

either way, or just use bolt cutter.

I find it more secure having the spare tire inside the cabin, placed upright behind the 3rd row seats...it fits perfectly even with my 6 additional Bose speakers.

They can, I aready tried it.

Unless you do a little spot weld on each bolts.

Anyway, just be careful where you park your ride specially in public places.

hello to all,


after 30 months and 43,500 kms, nangyari na ang kinatatakutan ko since mabili ko ang unit ko. Nag choke na rin siya. Nag load lang ako ng diesel sa Total, nangyari na to, kasi sa petron lang ako nagkakarga, inabutan lang talaga na baka maubusan kaya nagtry ako sa total. Dalhin ko bukas sa casa. Inform ko po kayong lahat.

naku anu ba yan, sana di naman tayo dumating sa point na lahat ng D4D na innova eh nag co countdown na bago magchoke...


about dun sa spare tire, yung kapitbahay namin simple lang nung ginawa nya, nagpa fabricate lang sya ng harness na mas mahaba ng kaunti para maski ma deflate yung gulong eh di pa din matatangal yung harness, 400 lang yung nagastos nya, wala ng lock lock, hehehe...
