ang tagal mong nawala ah!dami na talagang bago! me sarili nang sub forum ang Innova Club... dito ka pala Pinas ngayon... dapat punta ka sa EB on June 28 para finally eh magkita-kita na tayo. kindly check na lang sa sub forum natin ung complete details ng EB.

i use Glass Science Glass Scrub Cream Cleanser to remove water spots, stains, etc. on my windshield... you can get it at Hans Tools in Shangrila.

hello po mga sir, since rainy season na naman po, ask ko lang kung saan naka locate ang ecu ng innova diesel? Medyo napapasabak na po kasi yung innova namin sa baha..

Any tips on going through floods using the innova? things to watch out for or check after going through a flood?

Since parati mong pinapaandar yan sa baha:

Check your fuel tank for possible leaks, crack or deformation. the frontal impact protector of the fuel tank acts like a lever that somehow exert force on the fronting fuel tank strap. Pag may nakita kang kupi sa may gitnang unahang bahagi ng tanke sa may unahang metal strap bracket, ibig sabihin niyan napupuwersa yung frontal protector ng gas tank. Eventually magkakaroon na yan ng crack. Imagine mo habang umaandar ka sa baha at yung frontal fuel tank protector mo ay nagsisilbing hydrofoil, yung puwersa ng baha may tendency na ibaluktot pababa yung fuel tank mismo at ang bending point ay yung lugar ng frontal metal strap..

Check also your differential oils and transmission oil, and brakes.

Two weeks ng nailabas ng company namin yung bago kong personal service, Black Innova G AT diesel...I get excited as days went by waiting for the issuance of plate number para magamit ko na yung unit.

Two weeks ng nailabas ng company namin yung bago kong personal service, Black Innova G AT diesel...I get excited as days went by waiting for the issuance of plate number para magamit ko na yung unit.

Yes they do have a policy and they are stricter nowadays. What you can do is to ask the dealership to issue several dated invoices while waiting for the plate to be released. It is against the law but it it their common practice. Otherwise, you will have to wait till your plate gets released. I am sure you will enjoy your Innnova V diesel variant. I am enjoying mine which is just a G model except for the choking problem that I had before. Hopefully, it does not happen again

how about the location of the ecu in the innova? i have heard that the ecu's of the hilux and fortuner is located under the seats making them vulnerable if going through high floods, is it the same case with the innova?

magandang araw po mga masters...

bago lang po ako dito sa tsikot, kakabili ko lang po ng 2nd hand na innova diesel. since wala po ako alam sa mga cars and since first time ko po magka sasakyan, umaasa lang po ako dun sa manual tungkol sa mga dapat gawin at kung ano mga gagamitin (coolant,engine oil, steering oil etc.).

tanong ko po kung ok lang gumamit ng iba aside from those recommended in the manual (toyota genuine motor oil, toyota super long life coolant, etc)? anong mga brands naman po yung ok na alternative na nasubukan nyo na? tsaka kung may pwede pa po kayo share na importante at wala sa manual. hehehe

pasensya sa na po sa mga tanong ko, medyo pang noob. hehehe

maraming salamat na rin in advance dun sa mga sasagot...

gano po ba katagal bago marelease ung plate?

and from the date of release nung car sa casa, gano katagal pa pede gamitn bago ka nila pedeng hulihin na walang plate?

Release is case to case depending on your dealer and LTO office. You can only use the car 7 days from release. I am most surprised your SA did not brief you on this and you are not aware of it

Innova's ECU is located under the dash underneath the glove compartment.
