*Mile2, kakatawa last part ng thread

*Fireblade: Mine is G, and I already tested the montion sensor (at least on the windshield, and by accident only). I was cleaning the front windshield (with the doors locked) when the wiper slipped off my hand and hit back the glass, the alarm went on. Tested it on the rear windshield and it also worked.

Saw the thread yesterday so that kinda answers my query. Sana lang sa spare tire napping me alarm din

Kaso na-try mo na bang i-jack at tanggalin ang gulong kung mag-aalarm???

Fireblade's concern on intrusion from glass breakage is more or less cleared.

Now with tire napping. Baka pwede if we increase the sensitivity (not sure if this term is right) of the motion sensor. Yung iba sobrang sensitive ang alarm, pag may na hatsing na butiki, nag o-on ang alarm, kakainis lalo na sa gabi.

Very true! nakakita na rin ako sa casa ng nililinis ang aircon, parang kinatay ang hitsura, kalas steering wheel, kalas dash-board, lawit ang mga wire mess hehehe, pati upuan sa likod baklas, pati side panels

Pero knowing na kailangan pa baklasin ang dashboard eh naiinis na ako kaagad. Sa Liteace, yung glove compartment lang tinatanggal eh ok nang linisin. Dapat ang design ng toyota is for an easy access sa mga evaporator units. Dapat talaga
bantayan ang pagpapalinis para at least magiingat yung gagawa.

Thanks for the advise. Pwede pa naman siya kahit papano. Before summer comes, naka schedule na siya. The only problem with our Innova is that hindi siya friendly when it comes to the maintenance of the airconditioning system. Nakita ko ang isang Innova unit na nagpa-cleaning. My gosh...buong dashboard and all ductings ay tinanggal. During dismantling, there are parts or accessories that are being damaged and repaired using epoxy. So advise ko, bantayan habang ginagawa para mapalitan yung mga nasisira.

Pwede bang bantayan ang pinapagawang sasakyan sa casa? Ang alam ko kasi off limits ang customers on working areas of their shop.

In my case, may access naman ang customer. Binantayan ko ang 60T kms maintenance ko last week. Sila mismo ang nagsabi sa akin to see the process of other car while they are dismantling the airconditioning system. The good thing while you are there, you can refuse to reinstall them any broken parts or accessories. We are paying the required amount at walang tawad. Dapat lang na palitan nila yung masisira.

It's good to hear that they do that. My experience kasi with Nissan and Honda is they don't allow their customers in their workshop. For safety reason daw (or baka naman to hide how they mishandle the cars). Talagang no other choice but to trust them.

guys, any opinion/s regarding sa pag-install ng plastic matting sa casa? isip ko kasi yung flooring ng Innova G is ivory, and madaling madumihan, ok lang ba?

i'm getting closer for my first 1000kms. sali nyo din ano ang dapat gawin aside from the change of oil, etc. my SA advised me that the rust proofing will be done during that time.

Magkano ang inabot ng aircon cleaning sa casa? 33k na kasi ang odo ng unit ko, 2 years na siya ngayon, malamig pa naman just want to know para mapaghandaan ang budget. thanks.

mabuti po siguro na mag conduct tayo ng poll as to the date and venue of our next EB... kindly vote kung anong date po mas convenient sa inyo and kung saang place... para na rin po mabigyan natin ng pagkakataon yung iba na makadalo sa EB... umpisahan ko na po.

I asked Toyota Marikina SA aboout installing a filter in my unit kasi may nakita akong brochure dun regarding evaporator filters.He told me that it has to be fabricated sa unit ko since i acquired my unit October 06 and this is very costly and then i recal him saying that new units now already have filters in the evaporators. Try asking kasi kung may filter na unit mo i guess yun lang ang lilinisin or replaced at di na kailangan linisin pa ung evaporator fins at baklasin. Kung meron swerte mo at malas naman may old units

Di lahat ng part ng dashboard ang magre-react sa impact, paluin mo yung banda sa center ng intrument panel doon yung impact sensor.

Kung gusto mo ng peace of mind, have it upgrade to Code Alarm.

Explore before you complain, just noticed that the radio has a remote control and I only found out when I opened the pouch inside the glove compartment. Couple of days ago, I was telling my wife why Toyota never included a remote considering the cost of a model G

Ano kayang release date ng Innova ang may mga filter na? Mahirap din kasi pag masyadong maraming tinatanggal sa paglinis ng AC. Cause din ito ng mga squeaking sounds sa dashboard.
