i bought mine end of january this year at toyota shaw,innova g diesel m/t got 80T discount so far no problem more than 1000km na ang odo. i called toyota shaw this morning for 1st maintenance and was told to prepare 5T change oil ang filter change...is it air filter ba ang papalitan? at only more than 1000km pa lang sa odo dapat na ba talagang palitan ang filter...mga ka tsikoteers standard ba ito for first check up...

yes..they should change oil & oil filter filter during PMS..I remember my 1K service cost only around 3+K lang including body wash.

Sir gaol, everybody's buying the J variant. Waitlist na nga sa ibang dealers e. Yun G variant p80t discount na ang promo. Matinding indicator na yan sir. I bought the J variant. It's the best value for your money!

I heard about that promo also. I asked the Pasong Tamo agent about it, he said it's the 2006 model, but it's sold out--although he can look for one daw if I insist. Was talking to a Shaw agent at VMall yesterday but it didn't occur to me to ask.

i have a similar problem too. i'd like to ask some questions sana if we have the "same" or "similar" situation.

1. does this happend while the vehicle is in motion or stationery?
2. does the smoke enters from the front or at the rear vent?

my situation is the fume enters the vehicle whenever it is stationery and while the rear aircon in ON. if the vehicle is in motion and the rear aircon is turned ON then no problem. this problem has been for 1 year now. i have already escalated this to TMPI and are currently talking with their CS and VP. As of now, they have acknowledge this design problem and Toyota Thailand and Toyota Japan is already involved in this problem. as far as i remember, 3 sa philippines and 2 sa thailand ang may ganitong problem. baka kasama ka na rin sa elite 5?

after almost 2 months, nakuha ko na rin yung plate number nang innova ko. Kaya lang mga pare wala pa ring sticker na kasama. Sa experience nyo guys, di ba sitahin pag walang sticker? hindi ba talaga kasabay nang plate ang sticker pag nilabas?

Never experienced this on my J (now at nearly 10k odo), whether stationary or not while both AC's front/rear are on. It may be caused by vent flaps not completely sealed in circulation mode. Model flaws, i guess.

mga sirs i am due for 1k maintenance for my innova g diesel m/t transmission and plan to bring it to casa this saturday.. the casa qoute me P4500 for synthetic oil ..pwede ba sa labas bumili ng synthetic oil and anong brand ang dpat for 1st 1000km change oil...pls help!

i make kulit na da casa regarding my first 1k maintenance the price of synthetic oil down to P4000 from P4500...may nabasa ako dito on thier 1k maintenance it cost them only close to P2000 some about P3000++ including oil filter replace and body wash pa...bakit yong bigay sa akin ng toyota shaw last price is 4000 for synthetic oil alone ndi pa kasama ang oil filter and etc...ndi daw pwede bumili sa labas ng oil dahil ma void ang warranty...ito ba talaga ang price ng syntetic oil for m/t diesel parang mahal yata...innova owners pls help!...

bro, My first 1k pms sa otis, i used toyota diesel oil, 1,200 pesos lang with body washed pa, I had may 10k pms sa batangas city, mas malapit sa amin, less traffic, wala pang toll fee, 2,300 pesos with body and engine washed pa, adjustment ng break pads, they don't market synthetic oil, kasi mas sigurado pa yung ordinary na every 5 k change oil kesa mahal na synthetic na every 10k. Ang 15 k pms ko sa toyota ortigas, Grabeh ang mahal dito, taga! 3500 using toyota diesel oil, may engine flush, fuel treatment na di ko naman alam kung ginamit nga.Then wala man lang kahit body washed.

--if you plan to have your ride's next oil change at 5K, i suggest that you just stick to ordinary mineral oil. Even after that, just make sure that you regularly change your diesel oil and oil filters annually. Yun revo ng bayaw ko ('97 model) ganyan lang ang maintenance (aside from change of plugs at fuel filters every 10K), and up to now, his revo runs very very smoothly.

so far sir, ako wla pa nae experience such as yours na may smoke inside your innova. mine is 650 km odo. sa mga interesado sa EB, gud suggestion na after holy week na lng ang EB. ok ba sa inyo?

how i wish na makauwi na nga problema kasi may travel ban dito sa bansang pinagta trabahuhan ko..due for home leave ako since feb. walang problema pauwi kaso ang balik no guaranteed till the ban lifted sana ma lift na yong travel ban dito uwing uwi na ako waaaaaa!!!!... sa pic ko lang kasi nakikita yong innova huh!! more than 1k na odo ni hindi ko pa mang lang nahahawakan hu!hu!hu!...one thing i like very much sa innova ko more than 1k na odo nya ndi pa nag bi blink yong warning light for fuel empty...ang tipid ng d4d san ka pa eh di sa d4d engine na ...30% city/70%highway. yong sa kasama ko dito got isuzu sportivo pag naka 13km/l masaya na, yong d4d ko more or less 18km/l na (deducted na yong roughly 100km when it release sa kasa got about 1100km na sa odo). my driver manage the speed from 60-90km/hr break in period pa kasi.

innova_dean, GLImamasan salamat sa reply...hmm may point nga kayo don anyway meron pa naman akong 24hrs para mag decide by the way meron na ba dito sa forum na nag post regarding body kits nakita ko kasi yong customized innova ni carry boy cool and dating huh!! i called them this afternoon the sport package is price P43,575 free ang rear spoiler 6hrs ang installation kaya lang sa intallation pala they drill holes sa body para daw matibay...medyo na discourage ako ng malaman ko na magbubutas pala...sa mga nag pa customized na kay carry boy give me your suggestion pls...did they do some tichnics to avoid rust and leaking sa mga butas...pulido ba sila magkabit i'm interested sa sport package nila...thanks in advance!

mga gurus dito, i have a G a/t purchased august 2006. very satisfied with the unit. there's this "Shift Lock" button that i haven't figured the use for. What is it for exactly? i tried searching the manual but to no avail.

Hope you guys can help. This is my first A/T btw.
