Mga bossing...

Dun sa mga me problema sa MP3 players, don't use cd's with sticker labels na common sa mga pirated cd's. Hindi balance ang ikot sa cd tray. cguradong mag e error and stereo nyo, or worst, masisira. Mas maganda kung mag burn na lang kayo using good quality CD-R's. Iwasan nyo rin yung makakapal na cd's. Ganun din problema. Naexperience ko na..

Sa mga may naririnig na kalampag sa driver side pag nalulubak, check your brake pedal hanger. Kick it sideways, dapat walang palag. Pag meron, cguradong kakalampag pag nalubak kayo. Kala mo tuloy sa ilalim ang diperensya. Two or three times ko na complain sa casa, sabi sa underchassis daw but they have to check daw throughly for at least three days! Ako na lang nag observe at voila! solved and kalampag! Sobrang genius ng mga technician nila, hindi nila makita simpleng problema!

Sa mga nanakawan na ng spare tire, better buy sa Evangelista Makati. P5000 plus lang, original at bago pa ang goma. Malamang, dun binabagsak yung mga ninakaw sa atin! Kung mechanically adept kayo, buy the spare tire lock sa Autosport. Solex ang brand but you have to fabricate your own brace and you have to cut and weld yung bar kasi medyo mahaba. P760 lang yun. Pero if you wanna do it easily, Sa Miggy boy sa Caloocan, meron. P1500 lang specially made for Innova. Kasama na installation.

Hi bongliza, try mo sa Malugay St. Makati (malapit sa riles ng tren - Buendia cor. South Super Hi-way). Tabi-tabi rin sila, parang Banawe. Same with me na taga Paranaque, ayaw ko nang mag cross-country para lang pumunta sa Banawe (ang layo kasi eh).

Laging maraming stock si Golden Bridge but better canvass vs. the next-door stores. Mas mura pa rin ata sa Banawe by P50~150 per item (not much). Meron silang Innova front chrome grill na parang pang Lexus.

Just want to ask who among tsikoteers here, were told by the CASA that their Innova does not need to have axle shaft replacement?

COz I'm one of the Innova owners that does not need axle shaft replacement accdg to their records...

just received a letter from the local toyota dealer about the rear axle shaft recall. how long does it take to replace the shafts? can it be done in other toyota dealers? nasa manila na kasi naka base yung innova and sayang lang sa fuel and tollfee kung sasadyain pa dito for the axle shaft replacement.

AFAIK you can have it service at any dealership but by appointment ata, coz the part is needed pa for this...

Thanks for this sharing jaeger.Im also from the south,from Batangas to be exact,will check this particularly the front chrome grill.

My ride is nightmist G and planning to "accessorized" its exterior but a lit bit worried of a possible outcome. (wala pa kse ako nakikita na color nightmist with mouldings,chrome grill etc. Baka naman antbody from this forum can give their valuable suggestions? Thanks!

I got my innova nov 30 2006, its not included in the axle shaft recall. But i know my unit is an old model..... check with the SA, they input a vehicle number then it automatically tells them if your unit is included.

btw had my , mud gurads, door handles and grill painted to body color... looks a bit better.

We received the letter but not the official recall letter/call for replacement. Ang ginawa ni misis, check niya by phone if our unit is included for the recall, the SA said that ALL units manufactured in 2005 are affected. Kinulit niya yung SA sa Alabang to replace it right away, kasi we will be using the car for a long drive before X-mas and the car that time is normally fully loaded. Was able to have the car scheduled on 12th Dec.... kulitan lang pala.

Baka talagang kasali yang sayo but by sched yang replacement ng axle shaft, kaya lang nakulitan sayo kaya inuna ka na muna...

and one more thing, the Service Advisor I talked to said, that even if my unit is not included in the recall, even after warranty has lapsed, they will repair that shaft after warranty for free IF THERE WILL BE PROBLEM....

bro IB, sa akin ganyan din ang sabi nuong una pero sabi ko paki-check doon sa master list kung meron... hayun tinawag yung office spvr na namamahala at kinausap ko siya, tapos bumalik sa akin na kasama daw sa recall yung unit ko - batch June 2005. 2 working days ang waiting time dahil inorder pa sa planta.

bago lang ako dito as i got my innova last week. innova j unit ko and i would welcome advise from you especially na gusto kong pa-pogi-hin unit ko like accessorize it. saan ko ba pwede palagyan ng spoiler, power windows, central lock and keyless entry, etc? (sana yung pinaka reasonable ang price at kung saang store) can you guide me with this please? thanks

ano pala function ng shaft na yan. i got my unit last june 2005 pa. toyota davao. bakit la ako narinig na my recall re- axle shaft nayan. is it cos malayo kami sa planta? i dont get it. toyota din ito a. ill try to call tomorow toyota davao. its unfair.
