You can ask your dealer how much they will charge if you order the steel rims and tire from them, just to get an idea. Pero talagang taga ang presyo galing dealer. Using the dealer's price, you can bargain with those shops in Evangelista. Talagang baratan mo sila dahil di naman malalaman kung saan talaga naggaling yung mga yan na binebenta nila.

If its just for the spare, its ok to use the steel rims, even if the rest of the wheels/tires in use are alloys, IMO.

Its better to remove the sticker because the longer it stays stuck on the windshield the harder it is to get off over time. One of our cars which we failed to remove the sticker after almost 8 yrs, the number got burned or etched onto the glass permanently I think!

Sayang ms. Liv. Na trade-in ko yung sa akin for P2,500 each and retained the spare tire. You can check sa mga tire shops.

You must use K&N oil, to apply it by spray, also theres instruction on the clean/oil kit from K&N when you buy one AFAIK...

    hello INNOVA Diesel Users:

I am planning to get INNOVA E or G, Diesel Engine, A/T, this coming week. Would anybody advise me what to do, getting these temporary feedbacks of owners of the same, parang natatakot ako.

Here are some of my questions:

    1. Which engine is better: diesel fueled or gas fueled? (syempre medyo mahal ang gas ngaun, ano kaya?)

    2. If ever i will do break in, how many kilometers ang tatakbuhin bago mawala ang sound sa engine?

    3. How's the AC of the INNOVA E or G?

    4. Can we put carrying bars on top of INNOVA?

    blubird5,

go for D4D if noise is acceptable for you, but once inside the cabin, it's quite quiet inside, you cant hear the diesel engine noise....

been a user for more than 2 yrs with my d4d AT, very staisfied...

    Larshell,
Sa may Banawe, meron din nagbenta ng 5.5k...

Hi, I hope this advice won't be too late. Our Innova J also had that problem. We thought di sya kasama sa warranty and we called up Fujitsu Ten to inquire kung san pwede ipagawa. Sabi ng Fujitsu, covered pa so dalhin lang sa dealer (in our case, also Toyota QAv) and they will send a brand new replacement and in fact, nandun daw sa office nila yung coordinator ng Toyota QA so ibibigay na lang nila. Unfortunately, when we brought it there, sabi nila i-re-repair lang kahit na anong pilit namin na ang sabi ng fujitsu e brand new yung ipapalit. Nakakakulo ng dugo kasi sinabi pa na fortuner lang ang pinapalitan ng stereo. We called Fujitsu and they denied that claim. After several wasted hours trying to call up that stupid coordinator, Fujitsu and I gave up and they just asked kung anong alternative dealer ang gusto namin and they'll just send the replacement there. Ayun, we chose North EDSA and within a couple of hours, our stereo got replaced. I wrote their GM to complain about their lousy service and to their credit nag-apologize naman. But still, when we had a problem with out aircon assembly, sa North EDSA na lang nagpunta; mahirap na. So, if you still have time, demand to get a replacement -- covered ng warranty mo yan.

    Good luck.

    Hello csiel!

Thanks for the just-in-time advice. I'll be calling the number you gave. Hmm... meaning sandali lang ang replacement nya?

BTW, i had my oil changed at 14.7K * Shell Talayan kahapon lang. Shell Helix na fully synthetic. 6.5 liters of oil ang nagamit. it cost me 4,600 with 6% discount. Umayos yung hatak at takbo ng makina. :D

Question: may AUTO-UP ang power window natin? mine is an E.

I tried the number you provided what I got is "the number is not yet in service". Instead I contacted my Dasma dealer and sought advise to the HU problem. Their reply is "Sir, under warranty pa naman po yun, so if you have time, kindly bring your car here para po papalitan natin sa Fujitsu. Tatanggalin lang po dito yung audio nyo then papadala po namin sa Fujitsu."

Di ba Fujitsu ang magpapadala ng new replacement sa casa upon request or order from them? Then palit na agad. Hassle yata kung pabalik-balik pa ako don sa casa. To think na wala akong sounds pag tinanggal nila yun while waiting for the new HU.
