Leak nga yan dre! At mukang galing sa joint. Ang problema pa, aluminum welded. Balik mo sa kasa bro. Mahahabol pa siguro sa hinang yan.

Kung Diesel yung Innova mo, might be attributed sa vibration ng engine.

    dito nanggagaling oil leak....

Sir kailangan ba palitan buong aircon tube assembly nya?thanks again and good day!!
If your Innova is under warranty, then you have the right to demand for a replacement of the tube assembly. Segmented naman siguro yan so they can replace a portion. Huwag ka magsettle sa hinang. It would appear to be different from my system's pipe arrangement. Gasoline ba ang engine ng ride mo?

Aluminum talaga ang tubings na ginagamit ngayon. Hindi na uso ang copper tubings. The engine vibration should not cause leaks in the AC system. Me problema talaga doon sa piping system, more prone ang mga welded joints.

Sa ibang car shop kasi its is either alcohol or peroleum based, makintab nga pero the shine makes it a magnet to dust. Also, alcohol based cleaners are not friendly sa electrical tapes.

In my case, 18 months na E-D4D ko and never ko pa pina engine wash, I just make sure na part of the daily cleaning ritual is to include the engine compartment using only wet chamois.

gud day guys,.. i have the same routine with yellowjip... once 1month general cleaning yung car ko Innova G M/T variant kasama na engine wash sa mga carwash station.. but im pretty sure na pure water lang inispray nila sa engine coz i've asked the owner of the shop, just bought my innova last May'09.. safe ba ito sa engine... any ideas?????

Mga ka-innova, puro tag-ulan na naman ang hinaharap natin at malamang flooded areas. Saan ba nakalagay ang computer box ng innova? Sana may maka post para malaman natin ang itsura ng computer box.

    Thanks.

Did you bring your Innova at 5K km? Part ito ng initial PMS at libre ang labor. The oil will not be changed kasi you are using Synthetic.

It's installed very high, nasa engine bay katapat ng glove box. You can easily spot it kasi may wiring harness. I'm sure pag inabot ng baha iyon eh nakalubog na rin sa tubig ang katawan mo.

Bro nasa loob ng cabin ang computer box, below the steering column. Saw it when Toyota Technician connects an OBD on my ride. I requested an OBD readings on my ride before just to be sure my engine is okay.

No need for engine flushing. Bago palang kotse mo. Sludge formation at 1Kms? That Service advisor should work in the showroom where his skills will reap him more profit.

Mineral oil is mineral oil or other oil for that matter. Let's say you put in Toyota mineral oil (which is a Caltex relabelled oil, anyway) and on your next PMS, you can put oil from another company. No need for any unnecessary flushing.
ganun pala yun, kasi bro sa previous car ko which is avanza ganyan din ginawa sa akin ng toyota, they used mineral oil at first then they flushed it at 5k to change for synthetic.

Ok now that you mentioned switching mineral to synthetic, I read in one of the threads that this is an sop (but I haven't experienced this myself since I use only mineral oil).

hi.. newbie here.. i have a 2007 innova dsl g m/t.. just this evening, i could not start the car. there was just a clicking sound when i try to start the engine. battery checked out ok (malakas pa ilaw at busina). i had asked help to jump start the car and it started. i brought it to a nearby vulcanizing/mechanic and he told me that it could be the starter relay. problem is, he too (and myself) could not locate it. i checked the fuse/relay box, and it is not there. any idea where it is? and is this really just a relay problem? any inputs appreciated. thanks.

Bro, did you tried to use a known good battery in replacement of your stock battery? If not, go and try replacing first the battery.

The tick-tick sound means your starter solenoid is working but the battery could not spin the starter. Your stock battery could have low current to start the engine.

Lights and horn is not a reliable signs of healthy battery.

you can buy from cdr king. less than 600 pesos. more than enough to power up your laptop. inverter should also be useful during brown-outs.
