Hopefully they'd bring that engine as well, though chances might be low. Just look at the sales figures of both the Patrol and Expedition (both with either V8 or V6 gas engines) and the LC200 (only one with a diesel engine). To think that both Patrol and Expedition are at least ₱1M cheaper than the Land Cruiser but the Land Cruiser sells way more significantly than its 2 competitors.

Having diesel engines in the line up also says why both Mercedes Benz Philippines and BMW Philippines has more vehicles sold than Lexus Philippines even if we could say Lexus is more reliable than the 2 German luxury brands.

Fully Revealed!! 2022 Toyota Land Cruiser 300 Series Interior Exterior | land cruiser 2022 | Toyota - YouTube

Interior in 2nd half of video. Looks very classic. Not too high tech. But definitely nicer than the current model.

A possibility but maybe not this time around. If we base on the recent launches of Toyota Phils, their newly launched vehicles and facelifted vehicles are now feature packed and possess the same features found in global markets. Cases in point, the Corolla Cross Hybrid, facelifted Hilux and facelifted Fortuner. All 3 are using the OEM Toyota headunit not sourced from AVT. Meaning the original Toyota headunit. Even the Fortuner LTD variant has a JBL sound system.

When Toyota upgraded the diesel engine of the Prado to the upgraded 2.8L engine of both Hilux and Fortuner, they've also changed the headunit to the OEM Toyota headunit not sourced from AVT.

Video showed the interior of another Toyota vehicle bro. If my hunch is correct, that's the interior of either the Highlander or Sienna or any of the USDM Toyota vehicles.

Just watched it and I thought the video was from Toyota's official youtube channel. It's more like a clickbait channel.

still to get youtubers updated on the 300. A slideshow of spyshots from other forums of the Land Cruiser community.

You're probably right. Gas LC 300 might not make it on our shores since TMP just dropped gasoline variants of the Innova and Fortuner for this year's facelift. Because gas powered IMVs didn't sold so well. But still it is on TMP's decision to make a gasoline variant possible.

The big 3 premium german marques Audi, BM, Mercedes crossover/SUV offerings here in the PH market are all diesels. (some are gas but not much) This is why they sell more than Lexus PH's SUVs. In the end, Lexus' rock solid reliability top notches the germans.

There was a lot of hate 14 years ago when the LC200 was introduced. Look at it now. So well loved, adored and admired.

    Give em time ;)

Look at the range rovers. Hehehe. Im being sarcastic though.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. These boxy designs are rugged and timeless.

My opinion lang: "Modern" gets dated easily. Look at the previous gen X5, Q7 (even current gen), cx9, etc. All beautiful when launched. Sculpted fluid, dynamic, modern. Now? They are all aging and look old compared to the recently launched chinese cars.

Meanwhile... G wagen, LC 76, LC200, Patrol, Wrangler Rubicon, etc....they are aging like fine wines. And kicking ass at the same time.

Parang architecture lang iyan. BRUTALIST vs Avantgarde.

I know what i would take for longevity and toughness and timelessness.

Even with the V8 engines are gone, LC fans will still love it even more than the 200.

Ironically, this was from a 20k-strong Cruiser-lovin'/defendin' group. Let's give em time. They've been promised the LX version.

most likely the Americans and Europeans hate the new 300's front end. That's maybe the reason Toyota U.S. dropped the Land Cruiser for now. A front end that look like "Ford SUV" even the engine setup. A copy of Ford's Ecoboost 3.5L V6 lol.

And they hold value really well....So well that my bud decided to give his trusty 100 its 1st suspension refresh after 18yrs. LC reliability built the trust the badge is currently riding on.Old rack cleaned & repaired. Looks a day old.[emoji4]
