Underpinned by the IMV platform—the same one used by the Fortuner, Innova, and Hilux—the Land Cruiser FJ has outstanding off-road performance “worthy of a Land Cruiser.”

Powering the Land Cruiser FJ, so far, is a single powertrain option—the 2TR-FE 2.7-liter 4-cylinder engine that produces 163 horsepower (120 kW) and 246 Nm of torque. This is mated to a 6-speed Super ECT transmission with a part-time four-wheel drive system.
