Selling the new Fortuner with steel rims will never ever happen in this country. It just does not suit or fit the consumer's tastes here. Besides Toyota Phil will not want overlapping prices in their product lines. ie. the entry level Fortuner will still be more expensive than a top of the line Innova. TMPI wouldn't want to sell an entry level Fortuner for the same price or alittle less than an Innova Q.
