cold tire 29psi ang nakalagay sa door

tutuo na wala na break in for new cars but call me conservative all my new cars that i bought i don't run it hard til the first pms

don't like to find out going 100kph+ that the brakes fell off because a sleepy assembly worker installed it wrong

Okay lang medyo mataaas ang tire pressure para mas mainat ang suspension and mas ma monitor mo kung may issues na pwede marinig. After few hundred kms tsaka mo na i adjust.

2000+ diesel engine models usually do not need cool down times and even warming up the engine.
what I usually do is when I start it up, I give it 5-10 secs. then drive it easy for like the 1st 5 mins.
When parked, I wait 5-10 secs idle as well before shutting the car down.

As with all our TD cars, when ever I get home, I idle it a bit, shut it off, then pop open the hood.

On a windy night, after 15 minutes, malamig na makina.

This is a good idea to protect especially the non-metal parts below your hood.

"Cooling down" a turbo engine prior to turning it off is a good practice to prolong the life of the turbo charger. I usually practice:
    1. Keep the revs low (be aware of the turbo spool rpm) when i am near my parking destination then i idle for around 20 second after parking, before turning the engine off.
    2. Idle for around two minutes if i just completed a long, hard, high rpm run or drive.

They should have included a closing switch also for the power tailgate in the remote control... imagine if a kid switched it open when you are up in the house on a rainy dark day...:P
