Sa mga naka V variant nag aauto brightness ba yung instrument panel/cluster ninyo tuwing daylight? Napansin ko kanina while driving bigla nag fufull bright then babalik sa hindi masyadong bright wala naman ako pinipindot.

Maybe your Auto Headlight was on? (Assuming it has one).

Also napansin ko yung navigation hindi kasing lakas ng signal ng 2013 montero namin. Dumaan lang sa underpass sa quezon avenue nag No gps signal agad. Hmm. Thanks tsikot!

Does it happen when enter a tunnel or a garage or any shaded parking? It could be your auto headlamp.

as i said no time to test it yet i dont want my drivers driving it yet.. and yeah took the leather upgrade as i cant bare to see a beige upholstery.. power cant tell yet but its more powerful than my 2015 ford ranger 2.2 AT..

Hello! I'm also planning on changing the default upholstery to a leather that is more subtle color. Nagtanong na ako sa agent ko but he said that they don't upgrade or doesn't have a leather upgrade for the Fortuner 2016 or maybe the upgrade is branch specific?

Yung nakita ko na G version na nakadisplay sa Toyota Quezon Ave 2 weeks ago upgraded to all black leather yung interior, ganda ng dating compared to the black and tan fabric combination

Drove again in daylight kanina around 1pm. Yes naconfirm ko nga na pag alis ng parking namin na may roof nag fufull bright siya then nung nagpark ako ulit nabawasan yung brightness.

Medyo hindi ko gets yung headlamp settings ng all new fortuner. Top is everything turned on, Mid nakapatay yung headlight but bukas pa din LED daytime running lights and tail lights? and lastly yung bottom which is Auto na talagang di ko magets haha.

By the way nung nag-aadjust yung brightness ng instrument panel/cluster nasa mid siya which nakapatay yung headlight. So kahit di naka auto yung settings ko mag aadjust parin yung brightness tama po ba sirs? Hehe.

Mid is for parking lights so when you select it, the instrument panel dimmer activates permanently. Keep the pointer at auto to improve safety.

Take time to read your vehicle's operating manual, there are some important safety features there. Like how to brake when you lose engine power while driving. Most people don't know that most modern vehicles have power assisted brakes already.

Looking at the door panel insert, was that wrapped in leather too? we all know G variants have fabric insert. The overall finish is too good to be true. I'm betting this to be a V variant but I'm willing to be corrected.

G variant yan, tingnan mo yung AC switch manual knob siya. Ang V auto climate control. Tska ang V push start button, yan nasa pic de susi.

- yes it has paddle shifters
- yes side panels of the door and dash board are genuine leather but colored black
- yes USB avi,mp4, mp3 plays and mkv wont play
- SADLY =( USB movies only works if your in PARK mode gear.. it wont play if its running
- no turbo lag felt even overtaking
- and YEah door handle has fresh scratches now
- its has GPS navigation also if your new and your SA didnt explain to you tere a nav micro sim in the radio manual you have to insert it yourself

more review later still at 30km mostly idle so i m gas consumption is high for sure lots of tinkering around still

its casa installed leather upgrade dunno if other branch has em but bgc and pasong tamo has em.. better ask em yourself i wont say price coz i think i had a good price for me its like the V variant but its just black in color and it matches the whole upholstery very very happy with the leather and smell of it..
