Quick question: how much is the expected cost for the 1st (1,000km) PMS service? For the 2nd (5,000km)?

1,000 and 5,000 kms PMS shouldn't cost more than 2K. Free labor pa kasi, and dapat change oil and oil filter plus miscellaneous charges lang.

instead of today, next week pa namin makukuha yung Wigo yung friend ko. may konting problema lang between Toyota Shaw and Toyota Cubao.

ako pa ang mas excited makuha yung Wigo ng friend ko even though hindi akin yung sasakyan :bwahaha:

update: sinabi ng friend ko ngayon lang, inilipat ng Toyota Shaw yung order na Wigo sa Toyota Cubao dahil wala na silang stock na Wigo G a/t. kaya sa Toyota Cubao na namin makukuha yung unit, also this Saturday.

actually nagbayad na ng DP sa Toyota Shaw noong Dec 29, then after a week, sinabihan ang kabigan ko ng kanyang SA na wala silang stock na Wigo G A/t (black nga pala ang pinili niyang kulay) at ipapalipat siya sa Toyota Cubao (which may kaibigan yung SA ng Shaw doon, which is also an SA).

she also gave an option na habang iniproprocess yung refund ng DP from Shaw, magbayad na lang ulit ng panibagong DP sa Cubao (same DP amount to Shaw) pero my friend declined it; sabi ng kaibigan ko na mas OK na lang na si Shaw ang magbigay ng pinambayad ng DP ng friend ko sa Cubao. I do hope na maayos na siya this week para makuha na siya this weekend.

which "friend" are you referring to: my friend, or the SA's friend?

well, kapag hindi pa naayos ng Toyota Shaw ang pagbibigay ng DP na binayad ng friend ko sa Toyota Cubao, ako na mismo ang lalapit sa parehong SA na yun. (sabi daw ng Toyota Cubao according to my friend, ready na daw yung unit for releasing)

The TRD variant has all the skirts and the navigation package, AFAIK. You can get the skirts for 6k (copy) flat black. You'll have to cough up extra to have it painted to match the body color, but I believe the skirts cost 50K+ from the casa, so, yea. Also, the navigation package costs 9K from Toyota, but there's also a seller who sells an alternative navigation package for 3.5K.

You'd be better off getting the Wigo G, and then customise the car to your liking via alternative add-ons at par if not better in quality but cheaper in price.

Hatchbacks are great for hauling stuff, since you have the option to fold down the passenger seats to double the storage capacity. Just last week, we bought a 7.5kg washing machine. I was skeptical that it'll fit in the Wigo, but magically it did, with the seats folded down. Colour me impressed! We wouldn't have been able to take it home if we had taken our Vios instead. :D

i was refering to your friend, not the SA. the SA on the other side, much as he likes to muster, can't do anything if the money is not yet in their coffers..
i also had experience with casa refund. it took forever for the money to get to my hands... ilang linggo..
despite promises to the contrary, i can only imagine how much longer it will take you guys..

you will probably get the car, soon. but not nearly as fast as you wish.
but i hope i am mistaken... for the better.
i feel "better" whenever i see more wigos on the road than mirages..

Rain visors, mud guards, a better horn, perhaps? Those are the first few accessories I added. If newbie din driver, reverse camera or parking sensors are a good idea too. Ah, and door handle bowl covers. Para hindi mascratch ng fingernails yung paint.

siyempre ako naman, I can't blame my friend because nung sinabi sa kanya na nagkataon na walang stock na Black Wigo G A/t doon sa Toyota Shaw at pinalipat siya sa Toyota Cubao na kung saan meron doong stock na black Wigo G A/t. Of course may trabaho din ang kaibigan ko and she is only available on Saturday kung saan wala siyang work. of course hindi naman ako ang magaasikaso niyan unless my friend accompanies me and will tell me na ako na ang bahala sa pagkuha ng sasakyan (and something is fishy going on, like delaying giving the DP from one dealer to another). I am reminding my friend na i-follow up kung ano ang status ng kanyang sasakyan at kung OK na siya.

and of course, my friend will not shell out another downpayment (mahirap kumuha ng malaking pera at hindi mayaman ang kaibigan ko) para lang makuha agad yung sasakyan sa Toyota Cubao (as what I have posted earlier, my friend was given an option by Toyota cubao to shell out another set of downpayment for the Wigo while waiting for a refund from Shaw, which she declined. She insisted na si Shaw na lang ang magbigay ng DP na pinambayad ng friend ko sa Toyota Shaw kay Cubao). mas OK na maging smooth ang pagbibigay ng DP ng Toyota Shaw sa Toyota Cubao.

looks like yung friend ko is already fed up sa Toyota Shaw and (to some extent), Toyota Cubao. sinabi ng SA niya na siya ang kukuha ng refund ng DP. worse, hindi pa napipirmahan yung check stating the refund. worried siya kung ano ang gawin dun sa DP na pinaghirapan niya. instead na makuha na yung sasakyan this weekend (dapat nga noong Jan 9 pa) eh pinapaasa pa kami ng Toyota Shaw.
