mas maliit sidewall ng 60 series kaysa sa 65. not much din naman siguro yung comfort issue since minus 5% lang po difference. why not have 205/55/15 kesa sa 195/60/15? check din kung may rubbing issue.

65 series, tends to sway more and a bit bouncy and thicker sidewall.

the goodyear f1 might suit your needs, it provides comfort, grip and a high treadwear (280). the yoko s-drive has a higher treadwear of 300 but the f1's provide more comfort and grip. these are the tires i've tried so far. can't comment on the other choices.

Armstrong Enterprises/Tyre Rack along Ortigas Ave. (Greenhills side), practically at the corner of EDSA. They're the official distributor.

You have to call them beforehand to check for stocks. If they don't, they have to transport the tires from their Bicutan warehouse, but they get there a day after. 7234904

BTW I was a longtime Bridgestone user. Nothing wrong with their tires, it's just that the RE001 Adrenalin doesn't come in my size. I would have gotten that had they offered it in 205/45R16.

The GR-80 I highly recommend. I had those for 4-5 years. Good grip, comfy and pretty hushed. No treadwear rating, but they were surprisingly hard-wearing given the (ab)use I gave them. I sold off my old SX8 City and they were still in good condition.

Just make sure the rubber is still new, as it's been sold since 2003. If it's old stock, walk away and look for a fresher batch.

For my current ride I've had 4 different tires already.
First was Falken Ziex 205/55/16 followed by Yokohama ES 100 tires 205/50/16,then Michelin Pilot Preceda at 205/50/16 and my current tires Goodyear F1 205/55/16.
Best for me are the Goodyear F1's,great traction on either wet or dry surfaces ang tagal pa maupod. Michelin is the worst for me,had an air pocket on the sidewall with barely 5 months of use (regular daily driving) but the distributor insisted that warranty does not cover such occurrences (even shipped the tires to Tiara-Distributor, for physical inspection of the damaged tire).

Nung may Galant pa kami, gusto namin mag-Michelin kaso sabi daw sa kuya ko, hindi angkop sa Pilipinas ang mga Michelin. Baka ganun talaga kaya agad nasira ang Michelin mo, sir.

Just want to ask most of the tires now a days are steel belted radial . I have a dunlop tire on my pick-up .What the problem is sometimes they have bubbles on the side and on the four tires i bought the thread were still good but it blown out .And you can see the steel in it . I talked to one of the supervisor of dunlopl tire why they are not making a nylon instead of steel belted radial .He say nylon tires are heavy duty meaning to say it takes time for most of car owner to replace the tire.
What do you think of this.
