GTs are really cheaper than known brands.

About Yokohama, it's really good and it's always been made in the Philippines. That's why I like it. I remember not so long ago (around 2005-2010) it's not as expensive (as today's prices). Nung bibili ako around 2013 namahalan ako, someone suggested GT Champiro so I gave it a try.

Mataas pa Speed Rating at tahimik. Yung iba kasi mura nga pero delikado na gamitin pag more than 10 year old na.

The rest around 3,300 to 3,400.

    -

Thank you CHINA!!!! Nang dahil sayo bumagsak presyo.
i was introduced to the yokohama because it was oem in the innova in 2005. i liked it enough, that i stuck to the brand come replacement times. i was doubly gratified when i found out that it was locally manufactured (at least, that particular model).

For me any set of tires are good for daily driven cars. Just dont go for china tires and expect it to last as much as the branded ones.

Want tires for spirited driving, can recommend dunlop lemans. Very good grip at a fair price but it does wear faster than most tires.

Tread wear is where you want to look if your looking for performance tires.

For me either Bridgestone, Yokohama or Toyo tires since these are OEMs to major Japanese car manufacturers. Plus they make high end tires for road-racing circuit and etc...

Yokohama tires are also being manufactured in the Philippines, I support Philippine made ones but with stringent Japanese quality.

For me lang ha, hindi ko naman sinasabi na mali yung research nila. Pero para sakin, mas gugustuhin ko pa din yung freshly made tires kesa yung naka stock na for more than 2 years sa storage. Unless malaki ang ibabawas nila sa price let say 30-40off the original price. Baka campaign lang ng michelin yan kasi sa mahal ng gulong nila konti lang bumibili so marami silang stock na inaabot ng more than a year or 2 of the production date bago mabenta. Pero opinion ko lang to ha. Nothing against michelin. It's your money, it's your call. Hehehe..

Wala naman effect sa tires if you store it properly lalo na yung new tires wag lang exposed sa weather dun talaga nasisira pag matagal. Now iam using pirelli tires ok naman makapal at matibay almost 3 years ko na gamit makapal pa

May nakabili na ba or may nagbebenta ba na shop ng brand new tire na ang manufacturing date is 2 or 3 years ago? Madalas kasi is same year or last year manufactured.

So ayun, bago makipagkasundo sa shop dapat tanungin mo agad kung anong year ginawa yung gulong.
