Mga sirs, meron ako another problem with the van. Yesterday tinganggal ko ang mga headlights at park lights to change the bulb na mga busted na. When start ko na ang engine, lahat na lights sa instrument panel umaandar and nag flicker na parang mga xmas lights... Ang fuel gauge umakyat and parang may buzzing sound na di maintindihan sa loob when i turn it off. Anu kaya cause nito? Ayaw ko muna paandarin at baka may masira sa electricals.

AFter many tries, i tried to trace up kung saan nagkaroon ng ground and it seems that yung paglipat ko ng halogen bulb from left to right kasi thinking na pundido ang right headlight was the culprit sa pag xmas lights ng instrument panel ko. So resorted to transfering the bulb on the left side again and have an electrician check the wiring ng right headlight.

I have a question mga sirs, tiningnan ko ang mg vacuum hoses running along the left side of the engine. Ang vacuum hose coming from the rear of the engine is going to the area under the steering wheel and is not connected to anything. Is this normal. There are 3 hoses coming into the steering wheel but only 2 hoses are connected. Need your advise mga sirs where it should be connected kasi i cannot turn the engine off through the switch. Before nagalaw ng mekaniko who changed the belt ng van, i could shut off the engine naman via susian.

Last Saturday, nagpa-home service po ako ng headlight restoration/cleaning. bale 900 labor plus 300 service fee.
oks na oks ang naging resulta as shown sa pictures.
Kaysa po bumili ng bagong headlight, medyo mabigat sa bulsa.
Ok ang gumawa, expert talaga. maselang din kasi ung reflector ng headlight eh.
Mga 1 hour lang ginawa ung sa akin. nagseservice din sila sa Metro Manila.

Baka po may alam kayo na nagrerepair ng muffler ng mb natin, maingay na kasi yun sa akin. Nagtanong ako ng b.new 5,500 kay APIC at surplus 2,500 kay Jun-Mac kaya lang malayo masyado. Salamat

Mga sirs, meron po ba kayo picture ng vacuum lines ng engine natin? Sa palagay ko hindi alam ng ng mekaniko kung saan nakakabit ang mga linya at sabi nya sa akin electronic daw ang engine cut off ng makina natin. Help needed mga sirs.. thanks..

pasencya na sir hindi ko kabisado mga hose dyan... yung sakin pag natatangal eh yung pinakamalapit at pinakaabot nung hose na plastic ang kinakabitan ko...

saan ba banda natangal yung sayo? sa may engine bay?

sir, hose from vacuum pump in to ignition switch then out from ignition switch to shut-off valve of the injector. location of the shut off valve is on the top of the injector. disregard the hose going to thermoswitch(between the glowplugs) purpose for that is high idling during starting at cold weather. you can disconnect that hose. important hoses are from vacuum pump to ignition, ignition to top of the injector. sana makatulong sa iyo.may diagram ako kaso di ko maidownload dito sa forum na ito.

sir wheeljack, pasensya na at hindi na kita natawagan tungkol sa side mirror. naging hectic ang schedule ko at pinabalik agad ako sa labas. kung kailangan mo pa ang side mirror ay may uutusan akong tao para kayo na ang mag meet.ty

ayus lang bro. nilagyan ko muna ng ibang side mirror. kung ok lang sir baka pwede ko makausap yun tao mo. mag papapintura kase ako ng MB ko sa Feb. para pag tapos sabay kabit nadin nung side mirror. medyo hindi kase maganda tignan yung nakakabit ngayon. Salamat uli bro.

ask ko lang po, pwd ba i-rechrome ang reflectors natin? may taya kasi eh at medyo cloudy na ung lens.

Sa may engine bay under sa doghouse sir glenn. Napaghalo halo ng mekaniko ang mga linya kaya ayaw pala mag shut off ang engine. Linubos lubos ko na din sir ang pagbaklas at pati mga bumbilya sa center panel hazard light, dimmer switch at ang button ng aircon sa likod and ang panel ng switch ng aircon pinagtatanggal ko na at replace. Hehehe.. ang liliit ng mga bulb at nag scout around ako sa mga autosupply at wala sila stock. At long last nakakita din ako at P10 per bulb ang bili ko sa electronics supply. Planning on LED sana na galing sa lighter kaso lang baka madugo mag convert kaya back to bulb lang muna.

sir yung injector means fuel injection pump. short cut ko lang.

Travelling along nlex yesterday, sumabog yung aircon hose that leads to my sub condenser. It was rubbing against the chassis pala. Gulat ako biglang may hissing sound at usok na puti, freon na pala yun.

Drove to e.d.s aircon in mindanao avenue. They corrected the fault under warranty. Yun lang I was very late for work because of it. Pero hindi ko pwede hindi ipagawa. Biyaheng pampanga kasi ako today. Sana ok na yung repair nila. Nagka back job din sila sa urvan namin pero nacorrect din. Mas ok lang siguro kung done right the first time.

Mga sirs, Followed the instructions sa vacuum lines and whalaaa... Nag switch off na makina ng mb ko.. Many Thanks mga sirs. Ang bulb na nabili ko pala sa electronics shop hindi kasya at mas maliit pala bumbilya na nakakabit sa mga switches ng van natin. Going to try sa mga celfone shops at mas maliit ang bulb na gamit nila. Hope it works na. Next project is aircon naman.
