What a deal if this pushes through, Kittles suck, I'd take Erick Williams any day straight up. Throw in Kedric... won't make sense for Cleveland.

I think they're clearing cap space for Carlos Boozer.

I don't think that the Lakers can get equal value back... Wait till Yao Ming becomes a free agent 2 years from now, Lakers will go after him.

i wish this was the case, but this stupid trade makes even that impossible. grant still has 3 years of big money on his contract, and odom has 5 (80% sure of this)...if we assume kobe signs a max contract for 7 years then we won't have any cap space to sign yao.

Yes Manu is staying with San Antonio as well as Bruce Bowen and they are reportedly interested in Karl Malone. The Spurs will be the favorites in the west now that Shaq is in the East Coast.

Report: Kobe wants to play closer to home

The dance between Kobe Bryant and the Los Angeles Clippers reportedly has escalated to a higher level.

The Los Angeles Times reported in Sunday`s editions that the unrestricted free agent asked the team if it was willing to play 10 or 12 games a year at the Arrowhead Pond in Anaheim, Calif., which is closer to his Newport Beach home than Staples Center. Reportedly, the Clippers are considering the request.

Last week, the Clippers took their shot at trying to land the superstar...
