    I think Lakers have ample salary cap to start with...unless Kobe eats half of their salary cap. They can start off by disposing of their guards.

    Moreover, the Lakers need a pure shooting guard in the mold of(Bobby Jackson, Ray Allen, Quentin Richardson) a true center(Brad Miller, Met Okhur, Chris Webber) and a small guard/forward who can defend against good scoring opponents(Turkuglo, Christie, Prince, Bowen).
