If I remember right, at least five days after initial symptoms or time of suspected infection (e.g. close contact) to reduce the possibility of a false negative. This is based on the virus' average incubation period of 5-7 days.

Yes everyone here is senior. Lagot talaga if I am positive, where am I supposed to stay? Did you have any other symptoms? I have no colds or cough naman and I have sense of smell and taste pa. This is so unbelievable. Once a month na nga lang ako lumabas since March and it was only in October that I went out twice in a week (Oct 11 and Oct 16) baka na jackpot pa ko

Just like what the good doctor said, fever can be caused by just about malady. You might even just have overdone those situps for your tummy.

I took an evening bath already, lalo pa tumaas at 37.3. I've been so paranoid, I go out once a month, minsan lang ako nag deviate to go out twice in one week and this happens to me. I am thinking if I should take vitamin c and vitamin d again in the evening?

Maybe you can take biogesic every 4-6 hours, basta't full stomach. Understandable yung apprehensiveness mo, given the situation we're in right now. Kung di lang nangyari itong COVID, eh kaunting pahinga lang eh okay na.

Yes this is the worst time to have a fever I'm extraordinarily scared kasi I live with seniors and I have so many comorbidities. I don't even know how they will function if I'm not around e

an honest, regular, correctly-worn use of masks, and regular hands sanitazion,
should do very well in bringing down the infection rate.

My temperature is 37 now (12 pm). When I checked at 5 am it was 36.5. I wonder why it's going up again, though I don't feel so awful anymore. Naiinitan lang ako sa weather. I'm thinking of buying 1000 mg of Ester C (on top of the Vit C I am taking kasi it's 60 mg lang pala! - wth Unicity!)

My liver is taking so much abuse from supplements [emoji24]

Thanks doc, okay na ba ang 37?

I am not jaundiced naman but I read na taking too much meds is bad for the liver e I take 8 daily and plan to add 2 more (zinc and ester c)
