Eto yung ginamit namin ngayon which is suggested by our doctor.

Mixture of betadine with Distilled water (240ml of distilled mixed with 10 ml betadine solution).
I nasal spray lang and at the same time gargle.
Protected ka na daw dahil hindi aabot sa loob ng katawan ang covid virus.
Protection din sa mga nakakasalamuha mo since hindi daw makakalabas alive ang virus alive sa katawan mo if covid positive kana.

Nag aapply ako nito when going out and going back at home.

Eto yung pina apply ng surgeon namin para maka proceed siya for surgery operation since may 2 days delayed yung PCR results.
Gusto ng doctor ma operahan agad para hindi kami mag stay ng matagal sa hospital.
Naka complete PPE + applying this solution to patient to proceed with the surgery.

Doc d, maybe you can validate the effectivity of this.

Pag gagamitin ko sa kotse wala ba masisira?

Yung sa UV box 5 min lang yung built in timer at di naman nasisira yung cellphone.
Pero inuulit ko na lang sa ibang item tulad ng shoes, face mask, face shield etc.

Sa kotse gamit kong UV yung pang kuwarto, 30 mins. at wala namang nasisira.

Okay, thanks sa reply, will try to do this pero i think masakit sa ilong? I tried taking a bath using 7.5% betadine wash. As I was washing my face some of it got into my nose, feels kinda irritating to the nose

I was planning to just put it in the center of the room then yun mga corners or whatever na hinde tatamaan ng UV bahala na yun ozone since yun din naman nakasulat sa box.

Hindi naman masakit, naka mix na kasi siya sa distilled water.
Wala akong nasal spray bottle so nag improvise nalang ako using dropper, 2 drops per nostrils.
Pero sa gargle, mas okay si Bactidol, nanibago akong i gargle si betadine.
Not sure nga lang sa effectivity.

Pwede na siguro kung home setting, sa work namin kase before we use uv meron pa kaming mechanical then chemical then lastly we use uv because wla kaming gas..hehehe

The instructions that came with our UV box said 15-25 mins (I always do 25mins), then open the lid and let out the "air" for 5mins, being careful not to inhale it or be too close to the box after opening it. Phone's safe. It has no effect on it.

Pwede siguro yun gargle as nasal spray. 1:2 ratio

.45% povidine yun nasal spray then 1% povidine yun gargle so hatiin lang.
