Could be. There's also this theory that some vaccines that are routinely given to people in 3rd world countries like ours may have helped. Like BCG (for TB). They don't give that vaccine in developed countries anymore.

an explanation i would like to forward is, they simply have good immune systems.
not that their immune systems have been primed, sensitized or exposed to similar infections before and cross-vaccinated,
but that their innate immune systems are simply better than others'.
basically, it's in their genes.

sila nga gusto mag ease ng lockdown -- going against popular opinion that it's premature to lift the lockdown with number of cases still rising

I think if the nation is under a “lockdown” or ECQ status or condition, the government needs to financially assist the people (ayuda). Now under the GCQ, this will not be required. Just my 2 cents.

ayaw naman nila sabihin which direction ang manipulation

if their theory is the gov't is keeping numbers high to justify the lockdown (coz madami pera pwede ikorakot) -- that theory doesn't fly coz even with higher number of new cases, the gov't still eased the lockdown

why did the gov't release a record breaking number on the day the president was to decide to shift to GCQ?

from then on the numbers keep going higher

in the link's explanation, validation meant checking for possible duplications and erroneous inputs. it did not include slowness of testing, yata.

Can't really blame them since binuksan nga ulit economy pero wala nanaman maayos na plano ang gobyerno. Walang jeep, bus to hell at UV express sa majority ng lugar. EDSA lang ata inintindi nila. As if naman malapit sa EDSA nakatira majority ng manggagawa.
