Actally for NCR and MM this is the time for the national gov't to step up sana ang direct all LGU's para synchonized and mangyayari at iisa lang ang main decision maker.

This will make the changes and actions faster and more responsive plus cohesive instead of letting LGU's set their own IRR and guidelines which may conflict with each other. Meron kasi general instructions but as we have experienced, kulang eh, sa interpretation and implementation nagkakagulo mga LGU's and gov't agencies despite the presence of IATF.

we used to love getting buffeted.
but now, we are older and get full, faster.

The last time we ate at Niu is last december only 1 serving bite size of foie gras and of course their lobster soup.

    A one-of-a-kind respiratory virus

SARS-CoV-2 is thought to enter the body through ACE2 receptors present on the surface of cells that line the respiratory tract in the nose and throat. Once in the lungs, the virus appears to move from the alveoli, the air sacs in the lung, into the blood vessels, which are also rich in ACE2 receptors.

This discovery & warning are a must-share, sir. Definitely not the flu!!! Fever, cough are the least of its symptoms. Stroke is no joke.[emoji852]

I read that in tests, spraying Hydrogen Peroxide is the most effective disinfectant used that didn't affect masks' efficacy.

For me the only ones worth cleaning are the N95/N99 ones. Surgical masks are cheap enough to be disposable.

Merong bagong nauuso ngayon sa ibang market mga copper infused naman. Washable daw. Not sure how the copper will still be effective after exposure to sweat and detergent.
