    Hindi naman pala maoy agad yung foreigner. Mukhang hindi lang nasabihan nang maayos na warning lang naman sinabi sa katulong at also yung isyu na nasa public area nga si nagdidilig eh hindi ata napaliwanag din ng maayos. Hindi sana nga lalala ang sitwasyon if mahinahon lang ang usapan at hindi ginamit init ng ulo.

    Shionogi to develop coronavirus vaccine, trials eyed for this year - The Mainichi



    Shionogi & Co. said Monday it will develop a vaccine for the novel coronavirus with the aim of starting clinical trials this year.

    The Osaka-based company has decided to develop a recombinant protein vaccine through its subsidiary UMN Pharma Inc. while also seeking to discover therapeutic drugs for the disease. Shionogi said it is looking to offer the vaccine for 10 million people.

    google is not so cooperative,
    but carrimycin appears to be an antibiotic originally identified as useful against some bacteria, mycobacteria, mycoplasma and chlamydia.

    reading thru his letter above,
    one is given to think, being asymptomatic...
    did he really need any sort of definitive medication?
    for all we know, the virus would have left his body even without any medication at all.

    so many "questionable" or un-verified reports coming in,
    it is difficult to differentiate real cause and effect from happenstance.

    lastly,
    he is not a physician (doctor!), yet he intends to prescribe it to his friends, who may not need any sort of medication in the first place.
    talk side-effects and...
    jan nag-uumpisa ang antibiotic resistance.

    He is wise to buy the medication from the country that created the virus.
    What could go wrong, at least the probability is high the medicine he is getting from the embassy is not fake.
    Someone in my barangay is already selling this even before the quarantine together with masks and alcohols.
