The CEO of an Ayala company said the government should not depend everything on the private sector in trying to survive the health crisis.

It wouldn’t be sustainable, said Arthur Tan, CEO of Integrated Micro-Electronics Inc., who called this overdependence “false hope.”

Ayan na! This is what I'm saying hinde pwedeng iasa sa private sectors lahat. Kaya wala yan dapat free utility bills.

Yes this is much better option for middle class direct from the government this will benefit those earning a little higher than minimum which is not tax exempt.

it should be a requirement, if you ask me.
but the face mask should be available, on sale. they should have a booth near the door, selling them.

Wearing face mask is already mandatory in all public places...

Luzon residents now required to wear face masks when leaving homes
    What if I don't have a mask?

Nograles said Filipinos can use “earloop masks, indigenous, reusable or do-it-yourself masks, face shields, handkerchiefs, or such other protective equipment that can effectively lessen the transmission of COVID-19,” the disease caused by the novel coronavirus.

you wear mask hindi dahil para di ka mahawa

you wear mask para di ka manghawa ng iba

kung lahat naka mask the R-naught number will drop

combine that with social distancing your city can function close to normal

    1. As a fellow tsikoteer pointed out, mandatory na ung wearing of face masks
    2. Second, most likely ganun ang directive sa kanila ng mga bosing. Perhaps the establishment will be liable if it doesn't enforce facemask-wearing
    3. Third, people are on edge right now. Konting pasensya lang, don't escalate a situation unnecessarily. Give each other a break me dinadaan tayo lahat(this courtesy i am not as ready to give to our government)

Yes, though may punto siya kasi pwede naman kahit panyo lang eh. Kupal ka na dim na hindi pa talaga mag-face mask eh yan nga ang directive. Plus the establishment haa a right to refuse the customer if hindi susunod sa reaaonable policies.

It's the gov't that will shoulder the free utility bills as proposed. It's not charged to the private sector company. I though that was clear already.

Be warned -- this is not the time to smoke (weed).

    1) Weed consumption can be a risk factor for COVID-19, even if marijuana use is moderate and infrequent, doctors warn.

    2) Marijuana, like tobacco, causes an inflammatory reaction in the lung even before the novel coronavirus can settle in and produce its own inflammatory response.

    3) Users are advised not to smoke during the health crisis, and inform their doctors of their marijuana behavior if they have been diagnosed with COVID-19.

    Correct. May options naman.
