    ^Impractical di ba. Yan ang legacy ng admin na ito. Policies na malabo at impractical. Pero nung si Zara nagsabi na wala na sa Republic of Davao, wala silang nasabi. Na puro mrna padala vaccines sa Davao, amen lang sila.

    Lahat dapat ng decisions na gagawin nila ngayon maging pabor sa sa mga vaccinated na.

    Hinde pwedeng everybody dapat mag suffer dahil ayaw sumunod ng iba.

    So lahat ng papayagan dapat always for fully vaccinated individuals lang. Iwanan na mga anti vaxxer sa early 2020 yun wala na talagang mapuntahan.

    Even neighboring regions IV-A and III have low vaccination rates.
    It may not be due to Logistics issue or Vaccine supply but most likely Vaccine hesitancy or that the records of the DOH may be flawed. A lot of residents of reg IV-A and III work in the NCR and might have already gotten the vaccine via their company or where they work in the NCR.
