Parang yung mga HCW now na mag-request na naman ng timeout dahil hindi na kaya ng mga hospital sa dami ng mga pasyente. So kung galit sila sa OCTA dapat magalit din sila sa HCW dahil parehong gustong mag-request ng hard lockdown uli.
