    in my opinion,
it's like setting up a hospital.
the money is easy. the hospital building + equipment are do-able.
the difficult part is looking for the expert personnel willing to man it.

personally, i prefer using the money to buy quality vaccine.
someone (not me!) earlier said, "vaccination is key".

    apologies for the mis-understanding.
it could be that the gov't didn't want the public to panic that's why medyo hesitant sila magsabi may local transmission

whenever the media interviews DOH or IATF person ang sinasabi lagi galing abroad mga delta wala pa local transmission

so ung 2nd generation, 3rd generation onwards local transmission na yan

First they have to make the vaccine available on more places than now. Hindi naman tayo tulad ng US na scraping the bottom of the barrel na for people to be vaccinated.

i do not have the expertise to comment on that.
    sorry.

but i am a believer in "the best vaccine is the one that is available".

is govt still limiting importation and distribution rights to itself?
in my opinion, given the chance, private enterprise may be able to do it faster and more efficiently...
Minsan kasi ang sinasabi ng gobyerno sa news eh "kaya po magpa bakuna na kayo" it's like the government is spinning like madami tayo vaccine at wala gusto pa bakuna. Are they not aware na 2am pa lang pila na mga tao and as early as 7am uuwi ka na dahil puno na pila for that day?

Decentralized ba talaga sa roll out wala standard SOP prescribed?

Site started 7:00am. 7:30am tapos na sila for their 2nd dose.

Again nakakawa man but wala choice eh ganun yung proseso. Iraos mo na talaga.

intuil pa Rin, ganun talaga pag batugan yun principal. Emeegency meeting daw pero bukas pa naka schdule. Walang sense of urgency.

For Manila the only purpose of the online registration is for registration but not for appointment.

You register and walk in anytime. Yes bulok nga ha ha ha

more than a year na pandemic. I dont think people will panic with announcement of Delta variant local transmission.

This has been circulating around Viber groups, not sure if its true:

Heads up to our Friends & Family...

Advance Information from just-concluded IATF Meeting today:

NCR will be escalated to GCQ WITH HEIGHTENED RESTRICTIONS due to the local transmission of the delta variant, effective immediately upon approval of PRRD.

Indoor dining will be for vaccinated individuals only at 20% venue capacity. Non-vaccinated will be allowed for outdoor dining (al fresco) at 50% venue capacity.

Lastly, children below 18 years old are not allowed to go out again.

nasa sa atin na po 'yan.
policies like these are very difficult to adequately enforce.
if the infection spreads, do we have the gall to accuse anyone else but ourselves?

    my opinion.

Again doc madami sa atin walang disiplina.

Hindi lang naman pertaining dito, too many laws talagang problema js implementing it.

Some folks just wear mask / face shields for compliance kaya nga sablay sablay mga pag susuot eh.

At this point better to enforce it strictly.
