    30s na ata ako natuto magpa lab magisa kasi senior na family ko by that time so they need to avoid the hospital and lab as much as possible, pero dati hindi ako pwede mag isa, either Mom, Tita or Lola ko sasabihan med tech isang shoot lang hahah! Mahirap kasi ako hanapan ng ugat

    Sa vaccine naman ayoko kasi as much as possible nagga gamot or vaccines, supplements I like pero kahit may masakit sakin (ulo, hyperacidity, lbm etc) I don't take meds hanggat kakayanin ko

    Tapos some vaccination site use the automated BP machine rather than the traditional manual spyghmo.
    We have that yung mercury na umaakyat then you listen for the first beat then the second beat. Kaya lang nasira na I used to take my Dad's BP kasi

    Pero diba dapat kung controlled ang BP, no matter the condition dapat hindi tataas?

    From what I see on tv, the vaccinators don’t seem to be people with any med background. Tinuruan lang mag inject pero yung basic na jab-aspirate-inject di nasusunod.

    it will still go up. yung maintenance BP meds is to maintain a persons BP within normal levels while going about everyday life.
    Any situation that can have an increased BP like fear, pain, fighting or exercise can still increase the persons BP but if he/she takes the BP meds the usual peak BP from these events may be lower than if he wasn't on BP meds.

    someone already mentioned this a few days ago: "white coat hypertension".
    the anxiety of having medical personnel around, including vaccinators, causes the blood pressure to go up.
