Nice! Gawin na lang natin daily check ng Oxygen level.. Lalo na may mga cases tayo na nababasa na kahit walang symptoms bigla na lang masusugod sa ospital..
Btw, speaking of oxygen level.. Ang ginagawa namin dito sa bahay breathing exercise for 20 minutes.. Kapag pinapagawa ko yun sa seniors, inaantok sila (maghihikab).. Yung popular breathing exercise yung 4-7-8.. Not sure if meron pang other way para makapag increase ng oxygen level.. Meron pa po bang natural way?

Kaya nakakatakot magpa turok ng china vaccine e it's not recommended for seniors. So I guess not so safe din sa mga sakitin or madaming comorbidities...BUT kakatakot din AZ because of the clotting issue

yes, bibigyan pa ng second dose ng AZN vaccine kung dumating ito on time.
As of now wala pa rin schedule ang next delivery ng astra. Next month pa yata.

Most people that got the AZN vaccine are HCW or Senior citizens with coMorbid. Halos wala naman yata na affected na senior citizens with AZN sa Europe.
Most of the affected with blood clots are women below 60 years old; hence the warnings in other countries.
Yung HCW lang ang pasok in this category. Hopefully none of them will get this problem since maliit lang ang chances to get the blood clot. They are most likely afraid of getting Covid more than getting a blood clot.

For ages Below 60 years old lang. it can be given to seniors.
pero ubos na Astrazeneca. ano pa ibibigay nila.

Kawawa choices ng seniors dito for vaccine.
Astrazeneca na may blood clotting issue or Sinovac na initially bawal sa kanila pero ibibigay na rin kasi wala nang ibang vaccine na available.

May mga nabakunahan na akala immune na sila sa covid, yung isa sabi hindi ka pa immune kailangan pa 2nd dose. Patay tayo dyan. Dapat yata habang tinuturukan eh pinapaliwanag kung ano ginagawa ng bakuna.

pag naging careless yung nabakunahan eh kawawa nito mga kasama sa bahay na wala pang bakuna. Dadalhin nila sa bahay nila yung infection.

This is dangerous. Kahit naka 2nd dose na ng ANY vaccine pwede pa rin maging spreader.
