i am also curious.
so why are the positives lower?
are they really percentage-wise lower, that is, less positives and more negatives, go for testing on those days?
or are the positives numerically lower because the number of tests done on those days, were lower?

interesting, if there is indeed a pattern of what days positives choose to go for testing.

If it succeeds in trials, the pill could be prescribed early in an infection to block viral replication before patients get very sick. The drug binds to an enzyme called a protease to keep the virus from replicating. Protease-inhibiting medicines have been successful in treating other types of viruses, include HIV and Hepatitis C.

The new protease inhibitor is the second such medicine Pfizer has brought into human trials to treat Covid-19. Pfizer is testing another given intravenously to hospitalized virus patients.

Many are depressed and many will use liquor as an escape.
Without alcohol, no one would want to go to a bar, bars are one of the highest place to get Covid.
Mayor Sara did something right in Davao and is now trying her best to prevent a second wave.
We are still on 24 hrs liqour ban despite our number.

We are aware of the ongoing debate over ivermectin’s effectiveness for the prophylaxis and treatment of COVID-19. *HPAAC_PH believes a call for sobriety is needed. The exchange of opinions is confusing an already anxious public.

We acknowledge everyone’s goal. We want a return to normalcy, to life as we knew it - families being together, friends and colleagues gathering without fear, travelers seeing the world once again.

The possibility that ivermectin is an effective drug for the treatment and prevention of COVID-19 is indeed something worth looking into. The best proof that the world is taking this seriously is the fact that there are 73 ongoing clinical trials on its use.

However, these trials are also proof that THE FINAL VERDICT IS PENDING. Once there is definite proof of benefit or harm, all these trials would be stopped by the investigators themselves and ethics committees around the world.

Fortunately, the trials on Ivermectin entail short follow-up periods of 28 days, so we expect to have more data and evidence on its effectiveness in the next several weeks. Hence, let’s wait for the results.

If indeed it is effective, then we should be thankful for another addition to our list of effective COVID treatments. If it is not, then let’s move on and continue the search for more treatments that work.

As healthcare professionals, we must be responsible for the unintended effects of our actions, especially if they can lead our people to confusion. The war is against the pandemic, not against each other.

For me ok lang mayors isama sa priority dahil hinaharap sila sa mga tao. Pag melrn calamities kailangan nila pumunta, lalo na dito sa MM daming sunog. Then dami din pumupunta ng opisina para humingi ng tulong. Exposed sila sa mga tao.

yup, wala naman sana problema sa mga mayors. pero donated kasi itong vaccines and nag warning na dati ang WHO na sundin yung prioritization nito and baka hindi na tayo mabigyan. si Marikina Mayor Marcy nga hindi nila pinayagan di ba?

I'd rather the mayors and other local leaders jump the line hindi tulad ng ibang mayors dyan na nakatago at takot sa COVID hindi na nagagawa maayos trabaho nila.
